Picked my glasses easily,order came in good time no complaints, nice fit and seem strong like the colour ,everything great .

I'd bought a pair of glasses from the Shirley store in January and yesterday (April) one of the arms broke, not the screw. I took them back to the store and the lady there just put my lenses into a new frame. 5 minutes, that's all it took. Brilliant service. I've said before how good they are when ordering new glasses but their after sales service is just as good. Friendly, efficient staff with a huge knowledge of glasses.

My glasses had unfortunately broke went down to the shop and the staff were so helpful offering myself new frames and ordering in a pair of my original frames for me to decide which frames I wanted. So friendly professional and helpful will definitely recommend to family and friends

Fantastic prices, easy to use website and really fast delivery. I ordered an everyday pair of glasses as well as some tinted (sunglasses) I was really unsure about buying online but the whole process was really easy and the glasses are fantastic, I’ll be able to read in the garden this year. Good service

Bought my lens and frame about 2 years ago. broke my frames yesterday, day before going on holiday. Went back to direct specs in Stafford. They had the same frames on shelf. Ash was brilliant, he swapped lenses into new frames , there and then. Perfect service , one very happy customer.

Have had several pairs of glasses and sun glasses off Direct Specs always had good service

Specs of high quality, accurate prescription.

But the website is a little awkward. It hung until I realised that I needed to quote the thinness (refractive index) of the glass. Also I was briefly told that I had not paid. This was corrected after I contacted sales team. A bit of tidying up would be welcome.
