Still no money, still no communication and when you look the company up there are two both which aren't active.
How can they still be selling insurance (or not as the case is)

Whilst we do work with third-party providers to handle specific aspects of claims, including the processing and reimbursement of medical costs, this is not unusual and full details of the third party administrators are located in your policy wording and documents.
