Very happy by the service and the efficiency. I had a big removal and received great assistance by Peter and his team. Very professional, careful and friendly. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again!

Avoid this company at all costs! They were inexperienced and unprofessional all the way. Their quote was provided after a home visit, but on the day of the move the van they brought was too small. Their quote was for a loading capacity of 800 cubic feet, the van they sent was just 550; this was somehow because we head “misled them” they said. The team refused to carry on working, knowing we had a deadline, until we agreed to pay for a second van. Their actions were shameful, unprofessional and often insulting. This has continued since the move. I would never recommend them! Look elsewhere if you value good service.

Having read this reply I am shocked this company continues to behave this way. Their reply is full of untruths. The first van sent was a 3.5 ton Luton, this simply does not have the capacity they claim, only having a payload of 600 cubic feet maximum. The company did provide a second van after realising they had made an error on their quote. However, I was forced to pay an additional charge for the van and was told the employees would not continue with the job until I agreed, with half of the money having to be paid at that point or they would not continue working. They knew they had us in a difficult situation as we we’re on a deadline to compete the exchange of our home. The only offer to resolve this on their part was on condition that I don’t share my experience with anyone else. Ask yourself, if a company feels it has done nothing wrong why would they demand this of a customer? There are numerous other issues I would be very happy to share with anyone that wants to better understand the type of business this is.

We addressed these issues thoroughly, but our large Luton van has the capacity to fit 800 cubic feet we are happy to provide details from the log book. We reacted on the day of the move by securing a second Luton van to ensure their move was completed, even though the original listing was only moving a two bedroom house! We have tried to rectify this situation and we even unloaded the garage after loading it in the dark to accommodate the customer. The customer has been given every opportunity for us to rectify this however he has decided he would prefer to ruin our reputation as he said he told us he would through various email exchanges.
The guys were brilliant, i would highly recommend. Kept communication to let me know what’s happening, they were quick, and helpful.
I would definitely recommend to friends/family.
