Digital Dimensions Recenzje

After a few years with a large CCTV company and getting poor service we were determined to find something and someone local who could offer something much more than just a great sales pitch. Clinton came to quote us and talked through our options with equipment and pricing, unfortunately we had to postpone the CCTV for a little while but there was no pushy sales pitch, we simply reached out when we were able to proceed, Clinton got the equipment ordered immediately and got us booked in quickly.
Upon installation Clinton was just as professional and friendly as he was the first time I met him, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Once everything was up and running he spent the time showing me the app and the settings etc and making sure I understood everything before leaving.
I am very pleased with the CCTV equipment and service that we’ve received from Clinton, I would highly recommend him and will certainly be calling him for any other future services we need.

Highly recommended friendly professional service. Second time of using this service, wouldn't use anyone else.

Superb service from Digital Dimensions, from original quote to fitting our flat screen TV to the wall. Clinton was professional throughout and I would thoroughly recommend him for similar work.

Good communicator and very friendly. Turned up when he said he would, did a quick and tidy job and I won't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Clinton was very polite very efficient quick to find the problem which was preventing Mums TV on the wall from working.
He sorted the problem and took very little time to sort the issue.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

My mum's TV reception went off over last weekend. Digital Dimensions was recommended to us by a family member on the Monday (12th September) and Clinton arrived just a couple of hours after we contacted him. He quickly confirmed the problem was the aerial and replaced it with no fuss and then retuned the TV. He was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Digital Dimensions again and would be happy to recommend them.

Clinton from Digital Dimensions (Ipswich) really knows his stuff when it comes to cabling and aerials. We inherited a mysterious system of cables when we moved here which had resulted in poor TV reception. The signal strength and quality were both very weak and the TV kept dropping various stations despite us retuning it on numerous occasions. Clinton was extremely thorough in tracking down the problem talking us through what he thought was the best solution to our conundrum. He repaired an external booster system and we now have 100% signal strength and quality on all stations. Not only was he extremely professional and polite, the work was all carried out for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Clinton and Digital Dimensions to anyone who needs a TV problem fixed.
