Excellent service, sent my water damaged amplifier to them, they contacted me with bad news which i expected, Chris came up with a solution that i was happy with, which gave me a nearly new unit which was nowhere near the cost of a unit from Porsche.

I can't praise this company highly enough. I posted my MX5 BOSE amp up to them, It was fixed in lightning fast time and posted back just as fast, all fully fixed and working perfectly. They really are the experts. Highly professional, great communication, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a BOSE amp repair.

Absolutely great experience from online booking a service detailed posting instructions to confirming receipt complete repair to good as new amplifier back in the car and working perfectly. Getting through to them on the telephone a little tricky / slightly confusing voicemail system but email support v good - they keep it short and simple. Very good paperwork

J'ai reçu mon amplificateur remis à neuf le 10 juillet.
Pour s'excuser du délai et d'un défaut de communication lié à des soucis personnels, Bose Experts Repair a procédé au remboursement total de la réparation et à remplacé la carte électronique de mon ampli.
Si le délai m'a paru long, la fin de cette aventure témoigne d'un réparateur sérieux et très commerçant !

I recently had my Audi amplifier repaired after it sustained water damage, which had caused the entire sound system to stop working. The team at Bose Repair Experts did a fantastic job. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and the communication was excellent. The unit was sent back to me promptly, and the sound system is working perfectly again. Highly recommended!

Everything about the process is very easy. I contacted the guys to ask a few questions. I later found the answers to all me questions on their website. However they still took the time to answer each of my questions. Plenty of companies would have just replied see website. Service was quick and efficient. Definitely 5 stars.

Great customer care from BoseRepairExperts.
Unfortunately my amplifier was beyond repair. It had basically fried itself however Chris at BoseRepairExperts called me and spoke to me personally about the situation. My amplifier was returned and I was given a full refund that cleared swiftly. I've followed his advice and purchased a functioning second amp. I'm now happy with knowledge that if it starts to deteriorate then BoseRepairExperts should be able to refurbish it. Top class.

Spoke with Chris after posting off my Cayenne amplifier that had the usual water damage. Explained all and quoted me for repair. Very straightforward and had it posted back promptly with DPD next day couriers.
Amp now working great and sound system as it came from the factory.

Superb company .Great communication and exactly as they promise .My MMI unit for my Audi TT was repaired and sent back within days and is working perfectly now.
Well packaged up for return and I cannot be happier with the service I received. If only all company's had this ethic.

Easy clear instructions helped from the beginning. Rapid turn around and now I have a working amplifier. The only moment of concern was, having sent it off, I just had to trust it had been received. Comms could be improved there a touch. But good work all round.
