DO NOT BUY They have their systems set up in a way that makes it easy for your address to get jumbled or auto pasted incorrectly. Even if you notice the issue immediately, there is zero way to change or cancel the order. You have to email and once you do they tell you that they are too lazy to fix it and basically end up stealing your money without giving you the product. What should be an easy fix is now a nightmare.

The glasses are exactly as described, and fit comfortably. They arrived quickly, and were packaged beautifully and carefully. My pals always ask where I got them, and I'm happy to share Diff Eyewear info with them. Got 2 pairs during a sale, and am happy with both!

I was having difficulty applying the BOGO deal on my order. I moved forward with the purchase of sunglasses anyway but then reached out to the customer service team to see if they'd let me apply the deal. Without hesitation, the representative asked which additional pair I wanted, created a label, and sent the second pair without any additional cost to my original order. A+ customer service. Extremely communicative and helpful and accommodating.

I have had nothing but a great easy experience with this company. From day one on getting in contact with me to get information for my order all the way up to exchanging a pair of prescription glasses. They get back to your emails in a timely manner.

These glasses are a nice product at first but I had issues with screws continuously falling out. This last pair screws fell out again and they send me a repair kit instead of replacing it. With the repair kit the screws were so tiny I couldn’t even pick them up. I am highly disappointed . The glasses are nice but they don’t last at all. I purchased a total of 3 pair and can’t wear any of them screws fell out of them all. Wasted money

DO NOT BUY unless youre 100% keeping them. Purchased a pair of sunglasses that didnt fit. They charged me $9.99 PLUS another $9.99 restocking fee. $20 to simply return a pair is absolutely ridiculous.

Will never purchase from Diff again, considering the return fees alone are 30% of the purchase price.

Every time I buy my glasses from this website, I love the products. If any questions they are very helpful as well.

I bought a green polarized glasses and the fist time that I used the glasses after I touch the polarized lenses accidentally it marked with my finger print and it didn't come out. It was a very disappointing experience for my first purchase. They aren't cheap so they should have a better quality. I won't recommend this brand. Karina Berryhill

The sunglasses from this brand are so cute and flattering. I have been wearing one pair that I love for over two years and still look new. I had a problem with another pair recently and their customer service is outstanding. They have a long time customer here!

I bought two sunglasses that were both a bit too small (despite having XL in the name). When I went to return them Diff refused, saying they were final sale and therefore not returnable. They offered a credit for future purchase, but of course I didn't want to order more glasses that I couldn't return if they didn't fit. Now I'm stuck with trash I guess. There are so many other online options to buy sunglasses with easy returns.

I ordered sunglasses almost 3 weeks ago, I have not received any shipping information - website stated 3-7 days for shipping. I have reached out 4 times to their customer service with no response not even an acknowledgement of the e-mail. Would not recommend nor would I order from them again!

I just love DIFF eyewear. The customer service department is amazing and so quick to respond. I submitted an issue and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Now that is great customer service!!

I think they're just fine, however, the marketing is insane! I received 19 emails on ONE day! Yes, 19!!
I had to unsubscribe and it just really turns me off from purchasing in the future.

First of all, DIFF sunglasses are smart-looking, classy, and sassy—a step above everyone else in the industry.
I had a pricing issue that I took to customer service.
I received an immediate email with my concerns. They responded that they wanted to make their customers satisfied. The problem was fixed within 48 hours. That is customer service at it's best.

These glasses are cheaply made. Paint was already chipped on the frame. Nonrefundable...very poor customer service!! Will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered these cute glasses and they came and were way too big for my face! Have tried to return them several times and can’t get any help. They were expensive for me . I still have all the information on them and they have never been worn except to try them on. Would like to return them and get my money back.

Still waiting for 2 pairs that I ordered over a month ago, no one responds to emails, I have sent three. Chat pushed me to prescriptions, with no response. Have requested refund and reported to BBB.
