Had my order returned to sender by the post office, and DIFF immediately responded to my emails (within minutes), and resent my order again.

Super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

I had a really great experience with right sizing pricing. I placed an order and the next day the item went on sale. I reached out and they promptly researched it and refunded me the difference. I really appreciated how they fixed this for me

After a straightforward purchase of the ‘Cinderella’ sunglasses at a great price point and smooth international delivery experience, I was disappointed to find that the free matching chain was not in my order. I contacted support who replied very quickly, and after showing them the original ad for the sunglasses that included the free chain, they had already organised to have it shipped to me before replying to my email. I was worried I might have to go back and forward, or argue my case, but none of that was necessary once I showed them the original ad. They were polite, friendly, and clearly took pride and care that I, their customer, came away happy from the interaction. I would definitely shop with them again, knowing I am safe and they will take care of things if anything goes wrong. This is especially important to me as an international customer!

The sunglasses themselves are beautiful, and I love the attention to detail on both the sunglasses and the case they came in. I’m sure the chain will be just as stunning. I also love that they’re polarised, and can fit prescription as needed.

I have purchased many Diff sunglasses over the years. Love their products. I recently just ordered something but forgot to update my shipping address. I reached out immediately asking to change the address and I got a reply back the same day. Very quick and lovely service!

I ordered two pairs of prescription sunglasses through diff.com after loving a few non-prescription pairs. I was so excited to see they finally have affordable, high quality prescription sunglasses!!
They're ordering system needs improvements as the customer must select a clear and sunglass lens in order to purchase. Hailey D. assisted me through all my trials and tribulations and she was incredibly understanding, patient and professional. Although I received my final order long after my initial order, Hailey D. was super kind and courteous throughout! Thanks to Hailey D. I'll continue to order through Diff as they'll guarantee the order will be corrected :) Thank you so much!

Diff price matched a sale that took place right after I paid full price of a pair of glasses. No returns, no hassle!

NO customer service. Won't answer calls, won't help with shipping delays. Told me to wait another 14 days after it was late and then they would "look at options to help me". In the chat when I complained that I wasn't able to reach anyone and asked for refund they closed the chat and said they would email me when an investigation was complete and would no longer communicate with me. DO NOT purchase from this company. They are a scam!

Well about diff, I don’t have many things to say other than the fact I was sent the wrong product and the other lens I ordered (2 in1 box) had defective components. Waiting 1 month for my order and spending $325 on eyewear I was understandably upset.
But I got in contact with customer service, Hailey D specifically was very helpful at getting my order fixed. I was very upset but with her patience, great bedside manner and understanding, I felt much better. Thanks to her customer support, she also got my order fixed STAT and had another delivery expedited for me. Thank you so much

Definitely won’t do business with this company again! As I understand all companies have policies in place for a good reason! I purchased over $300.00 in sunglasses and one pair I never got around to wearing and when I went to get them out, the stretch on the temples are way too wide to wear. The response I received is they don’t warranty with daily wear or putting on your head! I’m being totally honest when I state I never wore them, as the assumption was that I did really infuriates me! If I was being dishonest… I would’ve just dropped the subject and said screw it and threw them out as they are entirely too wide to wear! Lesson learned! I will not buy from Diff Eyewear for any reason ever!!!!!! Very disappointing

I love my DIFF sunglasses. Not only are the sunglasses great, the customer service is top notch! I recently had a problem with an order and the customer service team responded right away and went above and beyond to fix the issue. 5 stars!

I ordered 3 pairs of prescription eyeglasses at the beginning of September. All three pairs were delivered without the Photochromic lenses. I paid almost $700 for these eyeglasses and just now received 1 of 3 pairs of the correct eyeglasses with the lens treatment that I paid for. Difference Eyewear does not have a phone number so you can’t call and ask questions. When I email it takes them days to respond and the emails sounds as if it is auto generated. I have no idea when my other two pairs of frames are going to ship to me that I paid a LOT of money for. This has literally been the worst experience for me and has put me to tears because I need these glasses to see!

I made a mistake ordering the wrong size glasses and their customer service quickly rectified the issue and have been amazing to work with. The fact that I’m talking to a real person is not only reassuring, but very rare these days. I can’t wait to wear my new glasses. 💯 recommend this company!

Ordered prescription sunglasses in early September 2024. Received 1st pair of incorrect glasses on Sept 23rd-they were the wrong color lenses. DIFF realized they sent the first incorrect pair after they shipped out and they contacted me to let me know. The 2nd pair of incorrect glasses then received Oct 2, 2024. This time, they came in the wrong lens color again and were not prescription. Update as of late October: At the third attempt to send me my correct order, DIFF screwed up again. I received another pair of incorrect glasses. This time they came in the incorrect color frames and incorrect color lenses. This place is a joke!!
