Diet Direct Recenzje

I have always had a great experience with Diet Direct

The folks at DD are so great in getting product out quickly and on the rare occasion I've called the company they have been professional and kind and courteous. It's why I keep coming back.

I don't like that you have to be a member with a passcode to receive points. Can't the email be recognized instead. I've been ordering from the company for over 7 years. Also hate that I don't get to choose samples anymore. Sometimes I get samples but I'm vegetation so it's a waste.

I've used Diet Direct for several years. I've had great experiences! If any issues they are resolved. Great customer service, shipping and company!.

Great service, affordable prices, and super fast shipping.

The package was not delivered when I was notofoed. I was sent a replacement and while I was out of town, the orginial was delivered to my neighbor a week later. When I got the replacement order the next day I called the company {Ashley} in coustmer service, I offered to send it back or bill me for the replacement package. She called me back and said just to keep it. Thank you very much!

Love the food, variety and price! Customer for life.

Ordered a variety pack that was supposed to contain 3 different flavors and a total of 7 bags. Was sent 7 individual bags, with 4 of one flavor and 3 of another. When I called CS was told they did this because they were out of stock of one of the flavors. Shouldn't this have been noted on my packing slip so I could have known and noted on their website and/or prior to me submitting order so I would have had choice whether to order or not?

Good products to choose from - reasonable pricing!

I've tried several different foods from diet direct mainly the wonderslim products. I absolutely love them. I especially love the wafer bars,. Mushroom soup, the hot cocoa, and the pumpkin spice latte. They have hardly any calories and really fill me up and help me lose weight without even realizing it. Great products, quick shipping, and much better prices than from a diet clinic.

Everything was great except for a variety pack that was missing one of the flavors

Only diet that has helped me lose weight quick and feel more energized and have less migraines. I'm so grateful for the price and weight loss!

Enjoyed products from Diet Direct a few years back and I enjoy them now. And their shipping is quick and service is mostly friendly!

Everything is good except the blueberry muffin. I am surprised that this even made it past the testing stage. It is pretty darn awful. Their just isn't anything good to say of it. I would like to have someone within the company make it and try it. It doesn't look like the package. it's tastes very artificial.

Is there any way I could get another product send to me to replace the bad product?

I have been ordering from Diet Direct for two years. The food is tasty and prices are good. I've been very happy with customer service too. Great products!8

I love Diet Direct and have ordered from them for quite a while now. The service is excellent, the products are tasty, and delivery is quick with no problems.

Oline ordering is a breeze and the delivery is quick! Great product!

Products and service are both great. Wish the system was easier to use. Would be great to list out previous purchases so a consumer can just go through the list to reorder quickly.

I am very happy with the taste of all the food I have purchased. The shipping is fast!

Very good service and most of the food I’ve tried is good too. Fairly affordable for dieters if you catch the sales too.

Very tasty!! Will be ordering again!
