If you check out with PayPal do not…
If you check out with PayPal do not chooseThe first page that has PayPal check out because it will take you to PayPal and then disappear! Go to check out and when the second page comes up, then use the PayPal check out. This is a consistent problem that should be resolved.

Hello Eileen,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are so very sorry to hear that you are having that experience with our PayPal Express Checkout! That method should open a new window to take you through the checkout process via PayPal. It sounds like perhaps there is an issue with that pop-up that is causing that to not open correctly.
We will reach out to you to collect some more information from you so that we can further assist you with this matter. We appreciate your business and have a great day!
Absolutely love these products
The products that I purchased are wonderful! I love the protein chips and that the shakes double as a protein packed pudding, great when I have a sweet tooth. Super happy I found diet direct and I will be ordering from them again :)

I like some of the products
I like some of the products. I like the pudding shakes and some of the meals. The other products are expensive and can be found at other retailers for more reasonable prices. The pumpkin spice pudding shake is gross. It tastes and smells like cold tomato soup. If you like gazpacho this might work for you.

Odpowiedź od Diet Direct
Hello Susan,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are happy to help you! We are so very sorry that your shipment has been delayed by the inclement weather that has been impacting the US. Please rest assured this is not at all typical and you are normally only 2-3 business days away!
According to your tracking, your order was shipped on the 18th, the same day it was placed, but then got stuck in MD on its way to you over the weekend. As of today, it was able to move to WV so rest assured, it is progressing as it is able.
We will absolutely monitor your shipment for you to ensure that you do receive it. We definitely understand how important it is to receive your purchase in a timely manner!
Our Customer Care Manager will personally reach out to you to further assist you. We appreciate your business and have a great day!

Great Variety
I love the variety that Diet Direct offers. The bars, gelatin and mini crisps are my favorite. I would give it 5 stars if the prices were a little lower, or if there were better sales on the products that I purchase. Sometimes it says it's on sale but when I check out, the price is still the normal price.
