The ring itself was beautiful and the quality looked excellent. The diamonds were stunning and it certainly sparkled.
Unfortunately, after wearing it for a while I just couldn’t get comfortable with a full eternity design. It felt bulkier than I expected and I became increasingly aware of the diamonds all the way around my finger. I found myself constantly adjusting it, and despite really wanting to love it, I never felt completely comfortable wearing it.
This wasn’t a fault with the ring itself, just a personal preference. In the end I decided to return it because I wanted something I’d genuinely enjoy wearing every day rather than trying to convince myself it was right for me.
The return process was straightforward, and I’d still recommend the company. I’ve realised a half eternity ring is probably a much better fit for me. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Absolutely stunning
Order placed on 26 May for a pair of lab-grown diamond cluster earrings. Arrived three weeks later on 17 June. Great communication regarding delivery. Valuation report/ certificate of authenticity emailed to me aswell. Earrings were nicely packaged in a presentation box inside a gift bag. They are so sparkly and catch the light beautifully. Look classy and expensive. Thank you so much Diamonds Factory. I love them!

My experience was absolutely excellent, I looked online to find a diamond eternity ring, then I telephoned and spoke to someone (I think it was your Glasgow Branch). They were very knowledgeable and polite, they also emailed me me some alternatives as I wanted to make sure I picked the right one. Once I had chosen I phoned and spoke to a different sales advisor and she was brilliant, I placed the order while I was on the phone, and received a email proforma invoice and details of my ring, I paid on your secure website and received another invoice and receipt with payment received. I was informed it would be around 4 - 6 weeks for delivery although it arrived earlier. Great staff, very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely order from you in the future.

I was looking for a special 21st birthday gift for my niece and found this stunning bracelet on Diamond Factory’s website
I am so happy I bought it ~ it is absolutely stunning and it made me gasp when I opened the box, my niece is going to love it
I got emails to update me all the way through from the buying, to making, to polishing and to shipment. It came in a brown cardboard box and inside was a lovely white box with gold DF initials on it, and a nice white gift bag with gold DF, white tie ribbon and gold rope handles ~ lovely, then on opening the white box there was another special white leather look box with gold trim inside, on opening this box I was taken back with the most stunning diamond bracelet, it has so much sparkle and is beautifully made ~ I am so very happy thank you Diamond Factory, I shall be recommending you to all my friends and family, and I cannot wait to give this to my niece :o)

Wenig Kundenorientierung
Mit dem Service der Diamonds Factory Zürich bin ich leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ich hatte Ohrstecker mit Schraubverschluss bestellt, die mir jedoch in den ersten zwei Monaten mehrmals abgefallen sind. Was bei einem Schraubverschluss nicht passieren sollte.
Ich habe die Ohrringe daraufhin vorbeigebracht und damit gerechnet, dass das Problem schnell gelöst wird. Nach drei Besuchen, mehreren Anrufen und Nachrichten ist jedoch nichts passiert – ausser dass man mir als einzige Lösung angeboten hat, für CHF 95 neue Verschlüsse zu kaufen (!!!).
Das habe ich natürlich abgelehnt, da ich das Vertrauen in diese Firma und ihre Produkte verloren habe.
Fazit: Wer hier einen Hochzeitsring oder Ähnliches kaufen möchte, sei gewarnt. Man bekommt zwar einen grossen Klunker, die Verarbeitung ist jedoch billig und wirkt wie aus dem Kaugummiautomaten. Irgendwo muss der günstige Preis ja herkommen. Die Firma zeigt wenig Kundenorientierung oder ethische Werte und ist kaum hilfreich, ausser wenn es darum geht, mehr zu verkaufen!

Faulty goods
I bought a wedding band set from This company bear in mind I got married 18 August 2025 by January it started turning yellow travelled to Birmingham they took it in and coated it with rodium or whatever ok cool now fast forward to May again it’s turned yellow again and the diamonds are falling off I’ve lost 5 called the team no response I would avoid like a plague it’s not even a year anniversary and the ring looks like it’s from temu bear in mind the guidance was it gets stained by every day wear and tear like when you shower and use body lotions and cleaning products etc. I take it off for all those duties but still I’m under a year the ring is a sight for sore eyes. Do better Diamond factory this is diabolical I believe I have 1 year warranty can someone contact me to resolve this.

Beautiful bracelet
Beautiful bracelet, my Nan loved it for her 80th birthday. But the website didn’t make it clear how long the lead time is to make the piece. It took over 3 weeks to arrive so it was way past when I thought I’d get it. And when I emailed to ask for an update, I didn’t get a response. Happy with the quality though, it’s really beautiful.
