Leider hatte ich eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation ist enttäuschend. Man erhält keine Informationen über den aktuellen Stand der Bestellung oder darüber, ob der Ring bereits fertig ist. Ich warte nun seit einem Monat auf meinen Ring und weiß immer noch nicht, wann ich ihn erhalten werde.

Als Kunde erwartet man transparente Informationen und zuverlässige Updates – genau das hat hier gefehlt. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich den Service leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen seine Kommunikation und den Kundenservice in Zukunft deutlich verbessert.
Ich empfehle jedem, seinen Ring woanders zu kaufen. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dieses Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Diamond necklace arrived all tangled and falling out of box. Very poor quality for the price of the jewellery. Would recommend buying elsewhere.

Very happy with ring I purchased but disappointed as contacted them to ask about a wedding ring that would fit round it and I got nothing. Shame they missed out on another sale

There is a lot of choice showing products in every category. I liked being able to fine tune the stone(s) to my preference and to see how much difference in cost each tweak made.
Having chosen my piece it was very straightforward to order and pay. Email updates were sent as it was made and delivery was secure.

I have bought three rings now. Each time plenty of info given (time/delivery etc) as to what was happening. Each ring has all the details sent to you regarding size, type, colour etc, also a separate valuation certificate for that at the time. Overall a great company with a vast collection virtually all fully customisable. Highly recommend.

The payment process was great too, with a deposit to hold the ring until it was ready to be collected, and paying the rest on the day of collection.

Even though we selected the best cut, clarity, color D, and platinum band with side stones, the ring at Diamonds Factory was more affordable than similar designs at other shops we visited. We received updates throughout the process, and the ring was delivered on time within a month.

Can't fault them. I emailed beforehand because the website product page showed pictures of the items I wanted, but the details and description did not match. The got back to me quickly confirming correct items and corrected the details on their website. I ordered them ... It said they would take 2-4 weeks to be made and delivered (all good, the occasion was a month away) and better still arrived with no delivery issues after 2 weeks! The certificates and valuation arrived by email and I received elegantly packaged small matched .2ct AAAA sapphires set in 3 prong 18ct white gold settings with secure screw on backs. My only (small) gripes 1. They did not offer IGI or GIA (independent) certification for these items. 2. The silly amount of marketing emails purporting to be 'order related communications' (that I did not ask for). Other than that all good.

We visited the shop on King Street in Manchester and it was a great experience. The person who served us (apologies as I have misplaced your name!) was so friendly and helpful and helped me to pick out the perfect ring to match my unusual antique engagement ring.

The whole experience was exactly what you want when spending a lot of money on something, but having said that - the prices are very good!
