Kieran was excellent knowledgeable, not pushy let me wonder & gave me excellent advice.
Talked me through everything so that I understood.
Even your coffee was good.

I knew what I wanted but it was nice to be given a bit of time to look around before being approached by one of the staff. Information and pricing was very clear and not pushy at all. James was helpful without being patronising.

We had a great time Kieran was our sales guy and he was just great explaining everything about the sofas we wanted he couldn’t have made us more comfortable and confident in our purchase

Excellent service from arriving in store until making a purchase at the end. I appreciated being shown where the products were that we were looking for and allowed to wander at our own pace whilst the salesperson answered queries when required.

Simple process, no hassle

We knew what we wanted when we went in. The Waterlooville colleague (Alex, I believe) was great and offered us a few other things but there was never any pressure to buy. He explained the additional insurance extremely well we felt it was a great investment. Very nice, un-pressured experience and a swift service.
