We went into the shop and was able to browse freely without being jumped on straight away by an assistant.
When we were ready to choose a sofa the assistant miles was very friendly and helped us with our purchase.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. The sales team who looked after us spent time listening to what we were after. Once we had found our furniture they really spent time helping us choose the right colour for us.

Lovely experience, the guy who looked after us was so lovely and understanding I think his name was Sam?? He was blonde

Kieran in the store made the experience a very positive one - easy to order and explained everything clearly and positively.

Troy was lovely, although you can’t buy a sofa in a rush due to the sales pitch of the insurance. He was very good at his job, gave me all the information that I needed to know to maintain my sofa. Great customer service.

I spoke with Kieran this morning, he was brilliant. I spoke about the Kian settee on Saturday and found out the measurements and went home and worked out the measurements. Today Kieran was so helpful so have gone ahead and paid fully and have a possible date for it to be delivered.

We were allowed to wander around the store unmolested until we were ready to approach the sales person (Reece) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and treated us with respect and interest in our needs.

Steven was very helpful and was not pushy, he explained everything that we need to know, he’s knowledge was very good

The staff were warm, polite, helpful listen to my requirements showed me a couple of lines of furniture. Once my decision was made, the process moving forward was precise correct and easy. Look forward to having my new phone delivered.

Comfortable showroom, and we were not pestered as we browsed, but when we asked for help we soon got very clear answers to our questions

They were very helpful very good very patient they took us to look at everyone that we wanted to look at. Yes the man that sold the order corner units very very very good.

I was given clear and friendly information, without feeling pressured into anything.

After finally getting the green light after getting a completion date we came in solely to order our sofa. We have had many visits to dfs and other retailers but unlike the others you don’t feel any pressure from the sales people and don’t get followed around the shop! The sofa we picked was our dream one and we were carefully told about it and how to take care and clean it. The staff were very thorough and extremely friendly. They made everything easy for us.
