What a lovely experience I had today visiting dfs store in Preston, I was greeted by Sarah who was very welcoming when I come in, she helped direct me to the sofa I had in mind, she made me a coffee and we sat and discussed the style and type of sofa I wanted, I had a look around at a few and with her help we managed to order the sofa I wanted. Couldn’t ask for better customer service 10/10

Jamie was really lovely and had all the information we needed. He didn't push me and let me take my time choosing the recliner chair I wanted. The other staff were very friendly also. All in all it was a very friendly and service experience.

Not pressured went in and was welcomed and left to browse once we decided the service was excellent from dfs we have had all sofas from here and never been disappointed

We were very impressed with how thorough and professional Greg was during our visit to DFS in Preston. He was also super friendly and provided an excellent cup of coffee :-)

The whole experience buying my new sofa was made easier by the friendly, professional Salesman Ian at the Preston DFS store.
There was a non pressure approach. I had previously viewed the furniture I went onto buy online and I was shown similar alternatives in different sizes before I made up my mind ,which helped me know this was the right one for me.
Nothing was too much trouble and the order was explained thoroughly in detail step by step.
I would recommend using this store and all the staff I dealt with today including the lady who made us refreshments, thankyou

We found a sofa we liked quite quickly and the salesman (I think his name was Fez), was brilliant with his knowledge and friendliness. Everything was sorted smoothly and swiftly and Fez explained all of the warranty and payment options clearly, making our first trip to DFS a good experience.

Fez was very friendly helpful but wasn’t pushy… explaining various options/features and leaving me to have a think! Nice professional young man 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤩

First time buying a sofa and Denzil was there to help the process go very smoothly his knowledge on all the sofas we looked at was brilliant there was no pressure which was lovely thankyou for all your help today

Had a sofa delivered. I was very pleased with the delivery and the staff were very professional. The only issue was they sent the wrong cleaning wipes for fabric my sofa is leather. The delivery men assured me the correct wipes would be sent through the post as I have already paid for them. Really pleased with DFS delivery.
