We were greeted with a warm smile then we proceeded to explain what we had in mind.Jess listened to our ideas and then in a very professional manner started to explain what the store had to offer.She was very knowledgeable and gave us a few examples of what we wanted and we were very happy with the outcome.

The staff were very friendly and…
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in showing us different options for the type of sofa we were looking for. We dealt with two of the staff who worked well as a team. The two young ladies were Kim and Becca. They are a credit to the business.

Great staff
Very knowledgeable staff. Stephen in particular was a huge help. As was Kim. Both very friendly and made the purchase very easy and stress free.
Store was lovely with lots on offer.

Sale team member Hope
The young lady Hope was very polite and professional. We were offered a hot drink while we browsed and made aware of offers. We was left to wonder round the show room and sit on sofas and chairs. Hope approached us and asked if there was anything we would like to discuss, Hope sat with us and ran through everything pointing out the pros and cons and had ideas on what would work or not. Great customer service from the store staff and they worked as a team supporting each other.

The store had a massive selection of sofas, rugs and tables all displayed well where you could try and feel how they felt and looked. Had a lovely member of staff called Kim helping and serving me. She couldn't have been more helpful, making us feel very welcome and at ease while also explaining and giving options in a down to earth and clear manor we could understand without being pushy
