Great service at DFS Derby
Ordered a sofa & cuddler chair at DFS Derby today, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Dominic was very helpful and listened to what I said I needed. He pointed out relevant things in relation to what I needed and then left us to look. He came back when I had made my decision and politely went through the ordering process with me. I was very clear on what I wanted and spoke with a young manager who explained and took her time with helping me choose all options were explained however no pushy sales techniques which I appreciated. The process was checked by two members and that was efficient. All staff were present and worked like a team
