Adam, the sales rep was very polite friendly and thorough in explaining everything

Rick made us feel very comfortable made us drinks, he explained everything in detail how to look after our furniture, when to expect delivery what the delivery men would do when delivering our settee and chair he couldn't have been more helpful, thankyou very much rick.

We have just but in our order for our new sofa with Ben although we haven’t got the items delivered as yet and can’t give a full review on how it all is start to finish but Ben made the start of the process easy and helpful he gave us time to talk amongst ourselves as well as being on hand for any questions throughout the process he made sure everyone was happy with the decisions made.

DFS had a great choice of sofas in the showroom to look at and try before you buy. Staff are not pushy and give you time to look always asking to call if you need support or help. Easy process to order and explain everything in detail including double checking the order details to avoid any issues.
Adam at the Middlebrook store in Bolton was fantastic and very likeable. Offered advice and helped with sizes, colour and what may work in the space we have. I included a video to show the space which helped and he gave an honest view. Personable, friendly and helpful in all aspects from choices and ordering.

Sunny the assitant who helped us was really nice and made sure we was happy with our purcase and put in a lot of time and told us every think we need to no very very helpfull realy pleased

Only problem we have no phone number directly to the shop had keep ringing customer service for them call us back , when it was just a simple question, we would of liked on our email full description of the Sofa colour, would had liked paper work with it all on what we paying for . Thank you again Fudu for your help. Also please thank Darren for his help , Darren and Fudu went out of there way .
