Lovely store
I visited the store at Boucher Road to find a new sofa, the store is very spacious and lovely to walk around with lots of choice. The staff are great and give you time to browse before approaching you, which I like. And of course I found a new sofa I love.

Staff were amazing one of the staff members was clearly recovering from a previous illiness and was back at work being very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this store when you have dedicated staff who care about their customers would defo be back and recommend it.

Amazing Experience with Conor at Boucher Road
I dealt with Conor in the Belfast Boucher Road store this week. He is friendly and professional. He took time to explain my options and look at other variations of what I wanted. He is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained in detail how to look after my sofa and what to expect from now until my sofa is delivered. Conor is a bright, polite, young man who is an assest not only to the store but to DFS as a firm. Highly recommend speaking to him when you go to the store.
