Upon arrival was greeted straight away, and it was very helpful that Asha knew exactly what sofa I had my sights set on, leading us right to the sofa that me and my husband wanted to check out in person. Brilliant customer service experience checking out our order with great ease. So glad we stuck with wanting to get a dfs sofa, as a lot of other furniture stores do not have the colour options or style I was after!

I had a great experience at DFS Furniture. The sales lady was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find the perfect sofa without any pressure. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!
