Preeti has been so brilliant at helping us sort out our last minute holiday having had to cancel our original trip,very quick to respond and helpful 🙂

I had a really positive experience working with this travel agent. She was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions, which made planning the trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for helpful and professional travel advice.

Finn was a pleasure to deal with, she was helpful and knowledgable and booked the hotel swiftly applying whatever discount she could, which although not as cheap as the online price, I much prefer to have a dedicated person for any enquiries I might have leading up to and whilst on holiday.
I highly recommend Destination 2 and will use Finn for future holiday bookings.

Booked accommodation only booking to Doha for 19th april and had lovely customer experience when they took my money. Getting my money back on the other hand, experience is completely flipped. Their poorly (intentionally confusing) worded T&Cs have multiple cancellation sections placed randomly, one of which states cancellation charge of £50pp (which i saw when i booked). Another which charges 70% of the booking fee (many sections further down from the first cancellation section). In my life I have never seen a company charge 70% of a booking fee to cancel. Its what you would call...extortion. As can be seen by other reviews, Destination2 know they have T&Cs written to benefit their pocket and they bank on you not reading every cancellation section. They didnt read my emails and were going to incorrectly refund me only 20% of my booking fee even though according to their extortionate T&Cs it should've been 30% refunded as i informed them of my intention to cancel over 43 days in advance. They still ignored my emails trying to get them to correct the amount or show some good faith (they amazingly have a good faith section in their T&Cs but that only applies to you not them). It was proof they struggled to even stick to their extortionate T&Cs clearly letting go of another 10% of my booking fee was too hard for them to do. Forced me to do a chargeback and only then did they refund me the correct (extortionate) amount.

Im sure they will reply to this review quoting their intentionally badly written terms and conditions. I hope this is a warning to anyone booking with them that they prioritise keeping your money over keeping you happy as stated one way or another, multiple times in their T&Cs. As stated in their T&Cs, YOU the customer must show good faith but they destinations2 dont need to show any themselves.

Advice to Destination2: when you decide to stop scamming and extorting people, its good to know that Cancellation Terms and Conditions should be written within 1 section or quote other sections for transparency (im sure you already know this). Its clear destination2 did not do that intentionally so that they can take all our hard earned money.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience booking with Matt. He spent a huge amount of time with us, patiently working through all the options to help us create our perfect holiday. We wanted something a bit more complicated with back-to-back cruises, different departure airports, and plenty of moving parts — nothing was too much trouble.

Matt’s knowledge and suggestions made a massive difference. He recommended smarter flight options, helped us coordinate the transitions between cruises, and thought of little details we hadn’t even considered that will make the whole trip much easier and more enjoyable. We never felt rushed, and he was incredibly thorough, making sure everything lined up perfectly.

His professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. It’s clear he genuinely cares about getting the right holiday, not just any booking. We’re so excited for our trip and couldn’t have done it without his help.

Our friends were so impressed with how helpful he was and the itinerary he put together that they ended up booking with him too — which says everything.

Highly recommend Matt if you want someone who will go the extra mile to build the perfect holiday. We’ll definitely be booking with him again!

I always use Destination 2 for my hotels in Abu Dhabi. I have never had any problems at check-in when i arrive at the hotel

Finn was very attentive and took the time to understand exactly what we needed for our trip, especially as it was our first time travelling with our 9-month-old baby. She listened carefully to our preferences for location, journey time, and temperature, and made helpful suggestions based on those requirements. She also adjusted the flight times to make them more suitable for our baby while helping us make the best use of the day. We really appreciated her thoughtful and supportive approach.

Excellent company for finding and booking your holidays. Very knowledgeable and very well priced will not use anyone else when booking an holiday so come very highly recommended

Booked a holiday for 22nd May - flights and hotels: one week later Destination2 change the flights to 22nd April with no communication and keep hotel reservation for 22nd May. Two phone calls. No apology and a very worrisome day. A huge amount of money spent and no further forward. Absolutely terrible service. Will never use again.

despite booking a vacation last year costing over 13k we are disappointed with the lack of response from several emails send recently for this years potential holiday ?

We were unable to travel on our Dubai trip due to the middle east crisis, all flights were cancelled and government recommendation was not to travel.

Destination2 have since offered a credit note and then told that I would receive a refund within 2 weeks. This has since been pushed back to 6-8 weeks.

Destination2 have only ever sent templated email comms and failed to reply to any of my emails. I have had to telephone to receive any movement on my case.

I last emailed 8 days to ask for a more precise timeline for the refund as this was only an accommodation only booking and the hotel have indicated that they will enable the refund. Receiving a response has been impossible. Destination2 are simply holding onto the refunded monies.

This was due to be a 30th birthday trip and I'm unable to rebook to a new holiday that I find suitable until a refund is received. The current customer service provided does not feel me with confidence.

Listened and provided the quote that we had asked for taking into account our needs

We have been using Destination 2 for the last 7 years and never been disappointed in their service, knowledge of staff or the holidays we have had. This year Tracy Jagger sorted out our holiday with total professionalism. With her knowledge of the Maldives she was able to provide us with great options that met the needs of 2 families with slightly different requirements. Great result and many thanks.

Just booked a multi destination trip and Finn followed up very quickly and at the weekend which I was very surprised about. Ultra efficient and ultra helpful as I was having some difficulty making arrangements myself but she took care of for me. Very hard to get the personal touch these days so I was hugely relieved and very impressed.
