Easy to book on the website, all options available, flights, rooms, transfers etc.
Within 30 minutes of booking I got a call from the company confirming my booking, offering help and advice and if I needed anything just to call back.

It was very easy to make our reservation with Kenwood. Clear information about what was included in our booking, and which flights we are taking. Having paid my deposit, before confirmation that everything was booked, we had a telephone call from the office to find out a bit more about why we are going and who with. All staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, especially Zac, who not only got us a great deal to the Maldives, but was also available to help with various queries we had following the booking. We spoke to Lai briefly in Zac's absence who she was also very helpful and to Evelina in aftersales with the same service.

Make sure you read the small print and keep records of everything, ask for phone calls to be confirmed in writing and don't pay the deposit until you've scrutinised the booking details. Kenwood invoke the T's & C's without compromise. No doubt they’ll put a long winded reply on here justifying their actions.

The team at Kenwood are always very helpful and offer great advice.
They always work hard to get the best option for me.
Much nicer to deal with real people instead of an AI bot.

Good price, helpful staff, nothing too much bother

Customer service has been very good. Pam was great at arranging our initial booking. When we had to change it, she sorted it all very quickly.

The mobile web experience could do with an upgrade though...
