Excellent service and comprehensive workflow.
Designity 's service is excellent because the creative director really knows what you (and your clients) want and bridge the gap from that! Also, the timeline provided by the client is very comprehensive, which point out each and every time spot for deliverables. That is what I think the most efficient way for both the agency and us! Thank you Designity team!

Designity provided high quality deliverables
I hired Designity to take on a wide range of projects that my team did not have the capacity to undertake. The Designity team created high quality deliverables that included flyers, infographics, event invitations and other collateral. The Designity model of working directly with the account manager/ art director worked well for us and the communication was always good. It took us a couple weeks to ramp up and take full advantage of Designity's services but then we got into smooth cadence.

4-5x price change
Designity agreed to create a video for us at a very specific price. Then they informed us later that they would no longer do the video for that price, and that we'd have to pay 4-5x more to get the video done.

Thomas, sorry to see you frustrated but you never worked with us! You paid $500 and started a video project 10 months ago. After that, you ghosted us after many emails and follow-ups. Now you’re back after 10 months and you want us to make you a video in a few days. It seems we are not on the same page in terms of expectations and that’s why we’ve decided to give you a full refund. Based on our terms and conditions you are not qualified for a refund either since you never replied to our follow-ups. But we still issued you a full refund out of courtesy. We don't appreciate this unfair judgment.
