Designity offers a unique pricing/contract structure that provides us the flexibility that we need as a small-to-mid-sized business. We have worked with them on a large range of projects, from logo/brand creation to web development to video creation, they have talents behind the scenes that can do it all and the creative director (acts a liaison between us and the creative talents) helps to keep us organized.

It has been a real pleasure working with the Designity team! Our Creative Director and Project Manager, Catherine, has been such a superstar and really feels like one of our teammates. She is on top of everything, has great attention to detail, and is always personable. She and the design team have done a great job at understanding our company, our products, and our industry. Working with the same two designers on every project has been really helpful as they have worked really hard to understand our brand voice and design guidelines. They consistently deliver ahead of schedule, with great concepts and designs. The Designity team feels like an extension of our in-house marketing team, and has been invaluable at helping us get Demand Generation and Product Marketing campaigns to market with great success.

Designity is different from platforms like Fiverr or other contract-based platforms because we get a designated creative director who helps us manage our projects, which if anyone has used those platforms, it can become overwhelming and tedious to vet through. With Designity, their creative director saves us so much time and effort because she knows our brand inside and out. Our creative director is amazing at organizing, helping us stay on track, and helping us actualize our design and marketing needs and she has become an integral part of our company.

Designity has become an extension of our team. It's not just about meeting timelines and excellent communication. Our CD does great at both of those. But he also takes his role as a director very seriously - he takes the time to truly understand what we are looking for and provides insightful suggestions. He participates actively when our creative calls turn into impromptu team brainstorms. He leverages knowledge from past projects to provide great direction to his team on new projects. All of that, plus the deliverables are great! He and his team consistently present creatives that are modern, and fresh, and help us take the next step forward from a look and feel standpoint. Even the "boring" projects - and we're in finance, so we have our fair share - come back fresh and interesting. Our CD excels in his role, and the amount we have accomplished from a design standpoint over the past year is a testament to that. His job is a job very, very well done.

I wish more companies understood the value of high touch customer service! When I first contacted Designity I had an incredible experience. There were some hiccups along the way and I decided that it wasn't a good fit for me. Upon learning this information the entire team (including the CEO) took the time to understand the situation, go above and beyond to make it right, and through the process have won me over to come back and give them another try. In today's modern world it is hard to find a company that cares this much about their customers.

We have been working with Designity for a short time now and the biggest value of Designity is being able to work with a creative director to execute projects. The most exciting part about this collaboration is knowing that we are able to express our needs with the creative director to make our projects a reality.

Our marketing team had rapidly grown - from 3 to 14 people. With marketing team growth comes an increase in workload and design work started to pile up and overload our sole designer (me). That's when I found Designity! They assigned me a creative director that aligns with my design style and works well within our brand's standards. Their work is completed quickly, is on brand and helps get our team the resources they need when they need it while I focus on larger, more strategic brand projects. 10/10 recommend Designity - especially if you're in need of creating or expanding your in-house design team.

I contracted Designity 2 months ago for a branding project of a finance firm. At first I wasn't very happy with the amount of deliverables compared to the price paid, although they were of high quality. But after voicing my disappointment, the Designity team (with Shahrouz getting personally involved) contacted me to hear my feedback and to offer a very fair refund. Although it wasn't the best fit for me, I was happy to see a company that really cares about its customers. They did everything they could to make sure I was compensated for the miscommunication and to leave things on a good note.

Amazing model and very high-quality service

Our team is very pleased with Designity’s in-depth approach to projects around their client interview process and competitive intelligence research. Ranging anywhere between email templates and social creatives, they consistently provide several creative considerations for our projects which is assuring to our product owners. Their creative designs offer a fresh, much-needed modern look to our campaigns that is engaging and eye-catching while staying within our Brand guidelines.

We have been working with Designity for more than a year and for me, the biggest value of Designity is the collaboration part. Feedback is being heard and implemented and the team takes initiative in finding ways to make the process more efficient.

Selected Designity to help design a new set of 16 page brochures, one for each of our 4 main product lines. The Creative Director they assigned to our project has been fantastic. Very good at interpreting and implementing my objectives, instructions and feedback. He has also helped keep me on track with this rather large and complex project. Just 2 things kept me from giving the fifth star: (1) the Miro platform used for content review and editing is less than ideal functionality-wise. (2) Designity bills a flat monthly fee regardless of how much actual work is done. Therefore it is imperative the client keep projects advancing at a steady pace until completion. In my experience, that's easier said than done and because our project had no hard completion deadline, it's been virtually impossible. I suggest Designity consider having automated alerts and automatic billing pauses after a certain period of client inactivity.
