The amount I saved off of two regular cleaning was less than what it cost for the plan...

They increased their price over 40% after the initial period. Then they decided to take off 20% after I complained. These guys will try to rip you off.

At my recent dental visit, the receptionist discovered that my account with the plan had expired. A call to you revealed my membership had expired because my credit card auto pay was denied. It was denied because the card had been cancelled due to a fraud attack. My problem with you is that YOU DID NOT NOTOFY ME THAT THE RENEWAL WAS NOT DONE BECAUSE THE AUTO PAY DID NOT HAPPEN. YOU SCREWED UP. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE.

I haven't had dental insurance for several years. My wife's bridge fell out recently and I inadvertently lost it somehow. I knew a replacement bridge would be expensive. Dental insurance plans require a year's enrollment for most procedures. I purchased a dental discount plan. The original estimate for replacement was $7592. The plan's discount price was $4396, effective immediately. I'm a happy camper.

Needed 6 crowns. Cost was $1302 each. Either this dental plan they were $599 each.

In this day and age with prices for health services rising and changing without notice it is wonderful to have your plan and prices that I can count on.

I can’t find my member policy for my insurance. I know the first year I had it, my first cleaning was free. I just renewed my plan thinking my first cleaning this year would be free but it wasn’t.

I had a question that could not be resolved by representative.
I left a message for a supervisor who of course, never called me back.
Not good.
And I also agree with another customer who feels the $20.00 fee is unnecessary. I believe it said " may be necessary " upon re enrollment. Explain that please. It seems it was necessary for me, because I was charged. That's what my original question was about, and as I said. I never received an answer.

It cost me $189.95 for the plan. The plan saved me $20.00 on a basic checkup and X-rays. I should have just paid full price for the the appointment. Absolutely not worth it. Very disappointed with this purchase.
