Absolutely amazing customer service as usual. I have been buying furniture from Denelli for over 10 years. In fact my house looks like a miniature version of their warehouse. I have just taken delivery of 6 Saint dining room chairs which look stunning with our dining table also a Denelli purchase. Veejay really knows how to look after his customers and always gives good deals

Great choice of sofas - stylish and comfortable. Great company which is why we purchased sofas second time round. Delivery people were lovely too.

We visited the MK showroom in January 2025 when it was in fact closed but Steve let me in and was patient, attentive and helpful. We then returned and ordered some living room sofas. The help, care and attention that I was given by Vish when buying the furniture and then in his aftercare was first class. The sofa have arrived. The delivery staff were respectful and efficient. The sofas are as beautiful as we hoped and of an excellent quality. I highly recommend Denelli for the product and service they provide.

From going into the showroom in Milton Keynes to delivery of our new sofa and dining table, Vejay and his team have been excellent. Good communication and extremely helpful.
Would definitely recommend and we are buying more furniture from them.

Amazing service from the company and especially from Ajay - from choosing finishes, to organisation, samples, keeping in touch and delivery. Steve who served us on our first visit, and looked after us during the decision making and pricing process of our sofa purchase was great.
He was very competent and knowledgeable about their products and found a solution to a problem we have been wrestling with for many months.
Not only did he offer one solution to our problem, he actually offered us three, all within the space of a few minutes.
He was patient, calm and didn't put is under any pressure which really made all the difference.
He dealt with any questions we had, and always got back to us punctually during the three weeks we were deciding what to do.
The products in the showroom were good quality and in a price bracket that we found fair for the quality that was offered.
The other staff theat we met were also very friendly and competent.
Our experience at Denelli Italia was all around positive.

I cannot praise Denelli Italia enough, i made a mistake when ordering my sofa and Ajay helped us resolve the situation beyond my expectations. He was so helpful and understanding and without any hesitation he helped us resolve our issues. Our new sofa is gorgeous and extremely comfortable, i will definately be returning to Denelli Italia for future purchases.

Can’t speak highly enough of Denelli, they were fantastic. We are based in Glasgow so everything was done on line and over the phone with Vishal who kept us up to speed the whole way. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service AND very competitive pricing which is a rare combination these days - usually it's one or the other but I feel we got both from Vejay and the team when we purchased our Cattelan Italia dining table and chairs. Helpful and patient through the process of deciding what we wanted, and good communication during the long wait time (like all brands these items have long lead times for production and shipping from Italy). Delivered as promised just prior to Christmas, will be first port of call for future furniture requirements now

I ordered twice with Denelli Italia and overall very pleased with their sofas and service. The first sofa I purchased directly online - Dali Scandinavia - was to tie things over until I found a larger sofa set for my living room. Very easy process to order, good communication and delivery was within the advised timescale. I even realised a few days after placing my order that I selected the wrong fabric. Vejay was happy to call the supplier and quickly solved the issue. 7-8 weeks later the sofa arrived and I was impressed with the quality - great fabric and well built. I felt it was justified to spend half day visiting their showroom where I met with the owners Vejay and his brother and eventually bought a larger sofa set after visiting several closer retailers over a few months. They have a large variety on display, but importantly if there is a sofa on the website not on display you can find there a similar sofa style, cushion to help decide. Vejay is very knowledgeable with his products, offering honest advice and opinion. They deal with reputable suppliers and stock quality furniture. I would highly recommend a visit whether you're in the early stage of your search or ready to buy.
