Collected my new campervan from Denby Campervans yesterday. From the outset the staff have been willing to share their vast knowledge of their product, they’ve been informative and provided a totally professional customer service experience, absolutely great to deal with, how refreshing👍Special thanks to Lloyd, the reason we purchased from you and Leanne who kept me regularly updated with progress. Excellent customer service and brilliant new van delivered at very reasonable cost. The one star entry below is a mistake by the wife who was trying to input her first ever review and we can’t find a way to remove it.

Bought my campervan from Denby in 2021. Chose to buy a brand new one because it came with 3 year warranty from VW. Van recently had a fault that meant the Diesel guage wasn't going down, so made it look like had full tank even when empty. VW said it wasn't covered under warranty for that because converter had fitted a diesel heater......it was nothing to do with the diesel heater. Lloyd at Denby booked my van in, found the fault after thoroughly looking for 3hrs and took me into the workshop to actually show me and explain. VW hadn't found the fault. Lloyd rang VW who said I'd be waiting a couple of months before they could book me in! Lloyd contacted another VW certified garage to fix the van and dealt with everything.....and VW are now paying because its a van fault covered by warranty despite what they'd initially said. Denby/Lloyd went above and beyond to sort a problem that had nothing to do with them really - I'm really grateful to them. Their aftercare and service can't be faulted. I'd definitely recommend this company - and I love my van!! Thanks again Lloyd!

We picked up our new Vw camper last week.

Nothing was too much trouble, no pressure sales, everything explained in great detail and great communication.

The van was ready on time with no issues.

Steve has a great knowledge and was a pleasure to deal with.

We've only been thinking about purchasing a campervan for 20 years so to say we chose carefully would be an understatement. We settled on Denby for their value, choice and quality, but especially for their 'unpushy' sales and friendly advice. Initially we called by the Leek showroom unannounced but Lloyd immediately gave us his time and knowledge and we soon knew we'd come to the right place. That enthusiasm runs through the whole team and Leanne helped us spec' upgrades and arranged a test drive before purchase. A hassle-free 3 weeks later we drove away our lovely new van following an expert handover demo by Stacey (much needed for camper newbies) and Steve's efficient paperwork. A special thanks to all those mentioned, but to everyone at Denby for their professionalism and quality product- we would definitely recommend this company based on our 5 star buying experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely not pushy. I chose a VW camper that had the specs I needed and added a bike rack and upgraded the conversion. The camper was ready bang on time, and the handover was comprehensive which we needed as this is our first camper. The van itself was excellent in quality and everything we had asked for was there. A couple of minor niggles were sorted without question leaving me just as impressed with the after sales service. I absolutely love my van and can highly recommend Denby.

I give 5 stars as when I emailed this company for quotes to do work on my van. They responded very fast with detailed email on price and times they could do it.
As I live in Southern Ireland I’m trying to find a place closer to home. I wish every company was as fast at responding as Leanne in Denby campers.

Had a problem with my diesel heater, called Denby and was booked in straight away. Went today and a brand new heater fitted for me! Wow ! Amazing after sales care. So glad I chose Denby for my campervan, the team are always there to help.

I like to do a bit of research when planning a major purchase, and having a wife who knows exactly what she wants, dictated that we needed a new conversion.
Finding a company reasonably local was a bonus, the five star reviews looked promising.
We found the base vehicle that we wanted and then it was over to my wife to decide on the interior colours and finishes.
The team at Denby did a first-class conversion, it was everything I hoped for and more.
The hand over by Stacey was excellent, her patience with two new campervaners was great.
Leanne and Robyn answered all my emails and nothing was too much of a problem.
We feel ready for the open road!

Not their van & not their problem but Denby sorted it there & then on a Saturday morning. Only a 20 minute job but couldn’t find anyone else with the expertise. Great advert for customer service ✔️

I bought a used camper from a private sale, it needed 2 hinges and a catch. I contacted the original converter who weren't interested. I went to Denby Campers with the locker door, they were very helpful and resolved the problem with no charge.

Today I accompanied my friend to the Denby premises, as a sliding-door on her camper (Merc. Sprinter not the VW carriages that the company specialise in...) would not shut. It was apparent that the mechanism had failed. Jonathan was sympathetic & asked that the vehicle be left with them so that they could try & resolve the problem. Although the staff were working on their projects, there was a 'phone call less than 2hrs. later, stating that the problem had been temporarily remedied. (A specific Merc. part would need to be acquired in order to effect a permanent repair...) My friend was then able to continue her journey knowing that the camper was secure for her & her 2 dogs.
For this incursion into their working day, there was no charge whatsoever!! In this day-&-age such service, with no charge for what was a fiddly & possibly time-consuming job, restores one's faith in human nature! Having visited the workshop & showroom, I was very impressed by the 'state-of-the-art' facilities, quality of workmanship & the professionalism & friendliness of all the Denby personnel.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering a campervan & I would like to thank Jonathan & his colleagues for helping my friend in her hour-of-need!

Denby sourced a one year old T6.1 LWB and converted it with some extra mods such as a RIB bed. Took delivery in December 2022. Excellent, friendly service. A few shake-down problems were sorted straight away and have absolutely enjoyed the 'van since then. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I bought one of their converted T6's in 2019. Still going strong 50,000 miles later. Had a problem with the rock-n-roll bed and took it in for a fix. An hour later, all done, plus a new 12 volt connecter point which needed replacing. No charge. What a service. Going back in the spring for some solar panels.

We have been delighted with “Gloria” our T 6.1 LWB conversion done by Denby a couple of years ago. Last week a gas strut in the pop up roof failed.A quick phonecall and Denby offered to sort this. Popped in and two struts replaced. Hinges resealed. Job done and no charge.
Everyone was really pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I cannot recommend Denby Campervans enough! They have proven themselves to be honest, transparent, friendly, genuine, sincere and professional! A great business with a hard working and dedicated team!

I booked my campervan in for the service team to have a look at the internal electric plug which had stopped working. I popped to the Sainsbury's next door for a coffee while they had a look at it. About 20 minutes later the called to say everything was fixed. They showed me that they had replaced the plug socket and demonstrated it was fully functional again and said there would be no charge. It was as though they couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with what they had done. It is so refreshing to get such excellent customer service and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a campervan to go to Denby Campervans. I couldn't be any happier with their fantastic service. Thank you once again. James
