Love the strap quality! Have several straps for various watches and always get compliments on them. The customer service is also top notch. I ordered the wrong strap and they were very quick to help me get it returned.

So far they have been great. My first order was very fast. I made a mistake in order the wrong size. I emailed them asked to send me a new one out which I paid for. They responded very quickly in an email and I am now waiting on my second strap. Thank you again.

Ordered two watch straps (sailcloth and Nubuck). The Nubuck strap is fantastic: buttery soft and looks great. The sailcloth strap didn't work out for the watch I intended it for but the customer service team was very responsive and made initiating a return easy.

I made a mistake on the delivery address and sent a request to change the address. Renz at Delugs responded within 30 minutes updating the delivery address and took care of my mistake.

Have had 2 issues where I needed to contact customer service and both were solved very quickly. The first time I needed to just cancel an order and the 2nd time I wanted to add on to my order thinking I would need to cancel. Both times I got quick responses and the second I didn’t have to cancel, the rep was able to add the item to the order and forward me the invoice for the difference, very prompt great service.

I bought the goods for the first time, but it was also because of a mistake in communication, which led to the wrong delivery of the goods. But after the response, the response was very fast and responsible to assist in solving the replacement. The goods are also quite high quality. I will introduce it to my friends and shop with peace of mind again.

Despite receiving a defective strap that was noticeably tearing at the seams, customer support repeatedly denied a return by misclassifying the functional damage as a "cosmetic imperfection". I was only offered a 10% discount and a scripted refusal until I explicitly threatened a CC dispute to get a prepaid return label and a full refund. This was an incredibly frustrating experience that required far too much effort to resolve a clear quality issue.

I have purchased stocked straps from Delugs before and have always been impressed by the material and quality craftsmanship. For my most recent strap, I had to source a made to order (MTO) strap to replace a unique dimension Patek Philippe Gemma Gondola watch. I took many custom measurements from taper, buckle and tongue width, and quick release end thickness. I reached out to customer service and they did a great job assisting me to ensure accuracy of my measurements. It took a little over a month since the alligator leather in my desired color was out of stock. I’m very happy with this purchase and service from the Delugs team. Thank you!

Top tier customer service! I ordered a 20mm strap by mistake and needed to order a 19mm strap. Customer service took care of the request within a few hours.

Nobody makes integrated rubber straps (for a PRX at least) like Delugs does. The rubber is just right, cut to size makes for a custom fit, butterfly buckle's machined not stamped.. but, if of the 3 I've purchased did start bending spring bars.

Customer service responded within 24 hours and sent replacement spring bars and strap no questions asked!

Bumped into the brand's product few years back and now I've become a frequent customer. With steady quality of the leather straps and constantly adding new products in the collection, including rubber, fabric and exotic leathers, it's just too easy to find a strap that can pair with any watches. The shipping is fast, usually sending the order next day after payment (except custom orders), and from where I am I usually receive the package next day (which means 2 days after payment).

Hands down my go-to brand for all my watch accessories. I get asked about my leather straps, rubber cut-to-size straps, and watch cases from Delugs daily — more often than I get asked about my watches. The Delugs team is made up of true watch enthusiasts and collectors and this really shines through their work. What’s more, they lead the charge for R&D when it comes to innovating on materials, craftsmanship, usability, and wearability. They’re also in tune with the industry, culture, style, and history of watches, which adds to the impact of wearing/using any of their products. I recommend them to everyone.

Been a long time supporter of delugs. Love the brand, and am happy with the new products that they have continually pushed out. Prices have certainly risen over the years and it may not be the value proposition that it once was, but it has made up for that with great service and a wider variety of products than you would not likely find elsewhere especially the quality that it offers

Delugs is my favourite watch strap company! The quality of their straps is amazing, and they have every style and material imaginable. I mostly use their custom program because the lug width of my mostly ladies watches are not commonly available. Their Strap Consultant helps me with choosing the right specifications for each strap, and I've created some beautiful designs that are unique to my collection. Their shipping to Canada is very easy too, which is a bonus. I highly recommend Delugs to all watch collectors!

after wearing the strap for 2 weeks now. The plastic rubber sail cloth. for my cartier santos with the quick release mechanism. its a lovely watch. only thing is you have to cut and fit the strap yourself. 250 euros and you have cut the strap both sides to fit it. there is a little diagram on the box. its realy not enough. im a pretty skillied guy with my hands. and i cut the bracelet too tight. once cut thats it you cant extend it. so it fits very tight on my wrist. for 250 euros you would expect more. information=. my fault but I followed the instructions to the letter and the watch is now too tight it pinches my skin !

I purchased a custom strap from Delugs in 2024 for my partner’s Cartier Santos Dumont. After a year and a half, the glue began to come undone and the stitching started to fail. I wasn’t initially concerned, as the company advertises a lifetime warranty, so I assumed it could be repaired or replaced.

However, I was told that my partner washing his hands counts as general wear and tear, and that this is what caused the glue and stitching to fail, despite there being no other visible damage to the strap. As a result, it is not covered under their warranty. Instead, I was offered a 10 percent discount on a replacement strap, along with a suggestion that I choose a different leather to suit his so called “hardcore needs.”
I would avoid this company. In future, I’ll be purchasing directly from Cartier instead.

I bought an alligator strap on Delugs, that I paid 137CHF + 18CHF shipping cost. The strap took almost a month to arrive because they said a CITES form was required. Well that CITES form cost me an extra 70CHF paid to DHL + 88CHF paid to customs for veterinary inspections.
Delugs never mentioned that in their site and didn't provide any resolution.
I have bought other alligator straps from other companies without CiTES and without problem. Delugs never again.
