Very expensive but thank you

I paid extra for 3 day shipping and it's been over 7 days. I called to inquire about it and customer service rudely states will be sent next day which means it's not getting sent out till 9 days AFTER I've ordered! Jazmine mine didn't seem sure if I was going to get it in 3 days like I originally purchased nor if I'll get refunded my s/h fee. Very poor customer servuce! Not pleased!

Ordering, follow up, delivery, and product were excellent.

I started looking in Canada and found nothing that suited the room. I checked the web and found Decor Island. They helped pick the pieces and set up shipping. I had my purchase 2 weeks after the order.

The part I ordered was sent in the wrong finish. I am still waiting to hear from their customer service department on how to make the exchange. Meanwhile, I am still getting attacked by the faucet every time I turn it on...

My AMEX Card was compromised - so the initial charge did not go through. I called immediately and gave you a new card - after a ten min wait on your phones. Then you sent the email again saying the second card did not go through - but it did. I think. Now I am getting an email a day telling me that the card is still not good. But it is. So where is my item? The multiple emails and the way times are lousy.

The customer service rep who took my order (Mark) was very rude and abrupt on the 2 occasions that I had to deal with him. It was almost as if I was bothering him when I inquired about the product.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, exactly as ordered.

Was not a great experience. Got an email saying they did not have all of my credit card info, yet I put it all in on the computer and it placed my order. Then when I called them back, I was put on hold for 15 min. Called back and they said they would place the order and send me the tracking info. Realized that I never got the tracking info a few days later and when I sent an email asking about the order it was going to take several more days. Thinking they never placed the order and when I went on their website to pull up my past orders... nothing is there.

Ordered from these clowns over a week ago, and immediately received a message saying "we need more (unspecified) info to ship your order" and left a phone number as the only available channel of contact. No one will answer or return the calls, and there's no way to cancel my order, so it's just sitting there in limbo. I'm sure the second I buy this item elsewhere, they'll charge my card and send me a duplicate. My only saving grace may be that my card appears to have been frauded recently and may be canceled. Although, I don't know the source of the fraud, and buying from a company I've never heard of (this one), and then not getting goods or being able to reach anyone sure points a few fingers in this direction.

I ordered a standalone tub filler on a Friday with overnight delivery. My plumber needed the item on Wednesday. An immediate order confirmation email from Decor Island was sent Friday. No communication through Monday. Called Decor Island Support Tuesday late morning and was told the item would be sent that day and that I would get a shipping notice and tracking number late Tuesday. By Wednesday morning, still nothing. Sent a cancellation email to Decor Island Support and, still needing the item, ordered from another vendor overnight. An hour after sending my cancellation email on Wednesday, Decor Island Support sent me an email with the shipping information and tracking number showing it had actually been processed Monday and shipped Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday.

The good thing is that it did arrive in perfect condition on the day needed. The bad thing is that I had to cancel and then return the duplicate order from another vendor so I'm out the cost of shipping overnight for a large heavy item and paid a re-stocking fee--all because of poor communications with Decor Island.

Another bad thing associated with plumbing fixtures is that Decor Island, like some other but not all web stores, does not note if a rough-in part is needed or included or not. In this case it was needed and not included which is another $150 item that I had to order separately with the resulting week's delay. I discovered this general problem only after my experience with Decor Island. Be warned.

For items on long-wait backorder, it might better not to charge my credit card unit the item is shipped.

The sales person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The product came well packaged and undamaged. The service was excellent I will do it again

Just rec'd this Delta faucet and will be installing in our house under construction. Purchasing and delivery was as expected, no issues at all.

Ordered a sink that was advertised on your website as in stock. Received email day later requesting I contact your company to verify order. Called left message. Received no response, Made a second call left message, and received no response. Called a third time to and spoke to customer service agent who did assist me to inform my order was canceled. This was frustrating. Why do you keep items on your website for sale, when they can not be purchased.

Here's my story:
Two weeks ago I ordered a Nameeks Wall-Mounted Ironing Board on DecorIsland's website. I received a confirming email that my order was received and was being processed.
Two days later I received an email from DecorIsland's processing department stating I needed to call them "in order to verify your order." Since that time I have called the provided extension three times and left messages with my telephone number to call me back. To date, no one has called nor has my order been shipped or cancelled for any reason.
Yesterday, I emailed their customer service department reviewing these facts and again asking that someone contact me immediately to advise me what is going on with my order. As I write this, no one has contacted me from DecorIsland. No one.
I have no idea whether my order will be processed and shipped or cancelled with my credit card account credited. This is not how a new customer should be treated.
To say the least, I am not satisfied whatsoever with my experience with DecorIsland.
