Op de site bleef de status lang op “processing” staan. Na het chatten met een medewerker, onmiddellijk het DPD trackingnummer gekregen. Uiteindelijk kregen we de zetel na iets langer dan 2weken, perfect geleverd. Het in mekaar zetten ging vlot en de Eames Lounge chair is nauwelijks van de echte te onderscheiden. Heel mooi afgewerkt! Heeeeeel blij mee!

I have made an order a week ago, and I still haven’t not heard anything back from them. Although I sent various emails, they are not responding to me at all! I am starting to think that they are a scam website.

Outstanding products and customer support. We bought an Eames Chair and a Barcelona chair, both fabulous and highly recommended.

Ordered the eames e104 office chair. Was skeptical, but chair is great quality and was easy to assemble. Ordered 8am Thursday and was delivered by DPD 9am Friday, so almost 24hr delivery! Highly recommend!!

First the good part. I’m very happy with the quality of the Eames chair and ottoman. It took a lot more assembly than I was told but it was ok in the end.

Now the not so good part. The website says that if you order before noon, the dispatch will be that same day. I therefore asked if it would be going out that day and was told they would try to do so. 2 weeks later there was no sign of the chair. After emailing, I was told it should be dispatched with 2 or 3 days. A week or so later, they again said another 2 or 3 days. Another week went by so I contacted them again ( by email ) as the tel no on their email was unrecognised! This time I was told that the chair was currently on a different continent….I then asked why I’d been told twice that it would be sent within 2 or 3 days but didn’t get a response. I therefore insisted I talk to someone at the company and was eventually emailed a new tel no. When I rang I was told that the chair should be with them in a few days and they’d sent it out a couple of days later. A week later the chair finally arrived.

As I said at the start I am very happy with the chair but sadly cannot really recommend this company which seemed quite unprofessional.

Der Sessel wurde pünktlich geliefert.
Die Qualität entsprach nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend der Internetseite des Unternehmens.
(Der größte Teil des Sessels besteht aus Kunstleder, die beschriebene Daunenschicht war nicht vorhanden, chinesische Schriftzeichen an der Seite des Sessels ließen sich nicht entfernen)
Eine Reklamation wurde nach mehrmaligem Schreiben nicht beantwortet.
Erst der Hinweis, dass der Paypal Käuferschutz beansprucht wird, brachte Bewegung. Trotz mehrmaliger Zusage für eine Rückzahlung erfolgte diese erst nach erneutem Hinweis, den benannten Käuferschutz in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

Prodotto bello e conforme alla descrizione. Consegna nei tempi indicati e assistenza ottima.

Super qualitativer Bürostuhl nach EA117. War zunächst skeptisch aber binnen 3 Tagen bei mir und das aus Irland.
Für 320€ einen Echtleder Bürostuhl inkl Versand zu bekommen hat mich überrascht. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

The Charles Eams lounge chair replica (and the pouf) is absolutely gorgeous! First, there was a discount so the price, for what you’re getting, is a bargain. Second, the delivery was super fast and it took even less than estimated. Decomica team regularly informs you of the status of your order and the tracking number once it’s sent. When we opened the package, we were amazed at the quality of the materials, solid rosewood, natural leather… flawless! The Chair is so comfy, so beautiful and goes so well with the rest of our interior ♥️ I can’t recommend Decomica enough!

Great experience, very high quality products for the price (Eames style lounger and office chair). Quick delivery (~1-2 weeks from order). Assembly is relatively straightforward, the office chair didn’t have written instructions but coped 😁.

Chaise en contre-plaqué moulé de très bonne qualité. Elle est solide, facile à assembler et d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. La livraison était très rapide. Expédition trois jours après la commande et livraison deux jours plus tard. Très satisfait de mon achat.
