I ordered a Bosch induction hob on 2 Aug. It was described as "available". Deals4u immediately sent me an email acknowledging the order and saying "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." This never happened, instead . . .

By Thursday 14 August I'd heard no more. However, my account showed "order complete" and "dispatched". I emailed Deals4u, and within a couple of hours I received a phone call from, I believe, the delivery company saying it would be delivered on Friday afternoon. It wasn't, so I emailed Deals4u again. On the morning of Monday 18 August I got another email saying they couldn't find the house on the Friday and would try to deliver again on the Monday morning. I never heard any more until the delivery turned up at 8pm on the Monday.

Wanted a top of the range Dyson Hoover, Deals4U had best price by far but stated a possible 2 week delivery. Would have been worth the wait for the price, but I was notified after a few days that it had been despatched and I received it within 1 week. Payment made via amazon account, so checkout was quick and easy, would definitely use them again if the product price is so competitive.

Needed a replacement built-in microwave, searched for a model that was the closest match to size, colour and specification of the one that had just failed and found it at Deals4U. The price was the lowest on the internet and way ahead of the best price offered by local trusted electrical goods store. Ordered 3rd April and it was delivered on the 9th. Extremely well packed, and promptly delivered in perfect condition. Installed without a problem and is working just fine. This was my first purchase from Deals4U and I have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I had the Neff Pan Set from Deals4U and the quality is wonderful. The delivery and communication was brilliant too so I would highly recommend them.

My friend purchased through them and was entirely happy with both the transaction and after care. Hope to use the company soon :)

however even though I have not used yourselves yet I have found you social media representatives to be very helpful and informative.

I bought a white knight gas tumble dryer in June 2013, It worked OKAY for 3 months there after a problem occurred, so I called cust. service along with 2 emails without any response what so ever, no courtesy call back or automated email to say they have received my complaint of problem! would and will not buy from them again or recommend them to a friend!!

This is just what every household needs ready to take out and use to keep meals warm

I haven't actually bought anything from this site but I would use it for price comparison. The impression is they are trying to get it right with their customers.

I've just joined deals4u on Facebook they offer everything from washers,fridges to dryers,& vacuum cleaners. Plus they have been having some great giveaways (people are winning shiatsu massagers!) I would get yourself over there asap! The page admin are so helpful,always respond to questions and try to get everyone involved with mini quizzes I've been having so much fun give them a like and see for yourself :D

Really enjoying the facebook posts...very quirky and the competition prizes are very appealing! Haven't won yet, but I look forward to more chances to win:) I appreciate the content of posts...they are fun and relevant and don't clog up my newsfeed, unlike some other business pages! I'm glad to have found deals4u on facebook as a means to access the website. I have since ordered myself a new vacuum cleaner which my wife is delighted with lol

We bought a dishwasher from Deals4U and washing machine on the same day from another provider. The washing machine was delivered with in 3 days of my order, yet the Deals4U dishwasher took considerably longer. The day after the machine was finally delivered we went on holiday. Once we were back we booked a plumber to install the machine. He took the wrapping of the machine and realised it would not fit our kitchen due to our drainage pipes. The machine was never even moved from the spot the delivery man left it, we simply removed the protective wrapping. As we had then missed the ridiculous 7 days return window from Deals4U, they said we had to pay £40 to have the machine couriered back to them and once they have recieved and inspected it they would take between 25%-50% of our sales price claiming it could no longer be sold as new. This is very poor customer service, 50% of £540 product is a serious penalty. We offered to buy our replacement machine from them to see if this would improve our position, but they were not interested. I would not recommend them to anyone so be careful.

I ordered a Belling table-top oven from them and received an email stating that delivery would be in 7-10 days. After much chasing the oven was eventually delivered after 4 weeks. Their customer service staff were polite and gave the impression of being helpful but seemed powerless to progress the order. I would not deal with them again.
