Terrible company as had a bit of trouble dropping off but then my daughter had to wait 2 hours to get her car back. Do not know where it was parked but will update this if there is any damage or anything not right inn the car when she gets home from Heathrow. Do not use this company, I should have known something was up as accidently put my mobile so emailed them before her trip to tell them correct mobile but got no reply

Did not turn up or answer their phone. We had to pay someone else at the airport to park our car. The airport staff said they have had loads of people with the same problem, scamners.

Service not good enough. It is true I should have read previous feedbacks before booking but I am learning and won't make this mistake twice. The car drop off went well despite the lack of paperwork, perhaps I am too trusting. The way back is a different story. Our flight to Heathrow was delayed by one hour so I expected the car to be ready but when I called to explain we just arrived, I was asked to call again after the customs. I did as instructed (it was 11.30am today). I was told to wait outside but was not given any waiting time. By 12.15 I rang back and was told because of our flight delay and the very busy morning we would have to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I rang back again and was told the car was 5 minutes away. I became suspicious and rang immediately after 5 minutes. Eventually after 2 more calls and being told the car was a few seconds away, the car was delivered at 12.45. 1h15 wait after 1h flight delay. I am sorry, it is not good enough. No excuse, no paperwork, just lots of exaggerations, the car was never on its way when expected and I lost faith in the company. Please refrain from using. Too unpredictable. Terrible customer service.

I have used many and various airport parking facilities over the years and have come across a lot of incompetent and untrustworthy companies. However I can not recommend this company enough. Helpful and efficient service with reasonable prices. An easy and stress free process from my bookings to the arrival of my vehicle.

Booked for terminal 5 at Lomdon Heathrow. The drop off was efficient with no issues. The return an absolute joke. The company fail to tell you in advance that return times range from 30 to 45 minutes despite advising you to call them upon baggage collection. I waited over 1 hour for my vehicle to be returned at 6am in the morning when traffic was at a minimal. Absolutely poor and I would not personally use this company again in future. I could have booked a cheaper service and got an airport shuttle back to my vehicle in a quicker time. I can only assume that the cars are parked at Luton or Northampton rather than anywhere near LHR.

So booked parking through this brokering website. Good reviews for the firm we chose on their website (but note.....there is no way that it is possible to put a review on that website). Things went seriously wrong as follows (also posted on the parking company website). So when it went wrong we tried to contact them.....phone number connects to a completely different company. Emails bounce.

here's how things went wrong...

Truly awful experience both ends. Called the number to notify arrive 30 mins before then 20 mins then 10 mins. each time went to answering machine. 20 mins after arrival about to pay for another parking they called, said would be there in 15 mins. 20 mins later i called, said almaost there. five mins later called where were we? we were where the confirmation said, level 4 terminal 5. Wrong place, but he would come there. Then we had to pay the ticket (which was a lot, cos we'd been there ages). Almost missed flight. when away, sent emails asking for where to pick up...no responses. eventually on phone. Cant say, just call when you get bags. We did. level 5
he will call back to give a time. go to level five, clear signs saying dropoff only, no pickup. three phonecalls and 45 mins later, someone brings the car. Hard to imagine a worse service. Also likely breaking rules if not law with heathrow. More complaint emails, still no response.

Keep well away from this lot

Awful experience returning from my trip away. It took 1 and 3/4 hours (105 minutes) after my first call to get my car back. Their claim is to be with you in about 15 minutes therefore that is 7 times longer than expected.

Their communication was poor in keeping me informed and inaccurate in its detail. This caused me an awful lot of inconvenience for the time delay and well as just standing waiting in the car park.

No follow-up once I had complained by email to them.

Great service by prestige parking, regardless of the negative reviews as I understood Deals4parking is only a booking agent not the service provider.

Prestige Parking Meet and Greet is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This company should be avoided like a plague. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Please, customers, I beg customers not to touch this company with a badge pole even if they offer you a free service. Please run a mile at the mention of Prestige Parking Meet and Greet and avoid them at all cost. I booked Prestige Parking Meet and Greet through Deals4parking on August 11th, 2021, to collect my vehicle and park it for me while I travel abroad from August 12th, 2021 to return on September 9th, 2021. I received a booking confirmation via email with no instructions issued to the driver on the collection of my vehicle. The driver turned up at the airport and collected my keys, no paperwork, no instructions, I did not even know the driver's name or where he was taking my vehicle to for parking. I returned to the UK on the morning of September 9th, 2021 at 07:00 am, and while I was clearing through immigration before going to baggage claim to collect my baggage, I tried to contact the friendly driver on 07471101172 mobile number that was provided to me by Deals4parking to call 20 -30 minutes before arrival, there was no answer. I called this mobile number several times but it was going to a voicemail. I continued to call with no luck and no answer on this number. I finally managed to get a response about 09:10 am and the person I spoke to informed me they were waiting for a driver to become available and as soon as a driver was available, they would send a driver to deliver my vehicle to me at the airport. I waited and waited no driver was forthcoming to drop off my vehicle. I became frustrated and began to call the same mobile number but this time, it went straight to voicemail. Prestige Parking Meet and Greet refused to answer any calls. I continued to call and about 11:30 am, I got someone on the mobile and was told that the driver had left my car keys in the vehicle of another customer and that the driver had gone to the home of the customer who lives in E16 Canning Town to collect my car keys. What story. I asked how long this would take and was told 2 hours. I waited at the airport terminal from 11:30 am until 15:00 and no driver came to drop off my car. I tried calling Prestige Parking again, once more no answer. They put the mobile phone on a permanent answerphone. I kept leaving messages, no callback from Prestige Parking. I contacted the booking company Deals4parking. The number for Deals4parking 020 30054884 again kept going to a permanent answerphone with calls being transferred to a mobile number that was not being answered. After some time, I got hold of someone at Deals4parking and it was the person that made the booking for me with Prestige Parking Meet and Greet, I narrated my ordeal to him and he promised to contact Prestige Parking Meet and Greet and get back to me. He never got back to me. When I called back again, the phone kept going to voicemail, and no one answering. I called Prestige Parking Meet and Greet and luckily got someone who told me the driver had gone to pick up my car keys from E16 and the customer they left my car keys in his car was not answering his phone. At this point, I told the person that I was taking a taxi home and would by claiming the money back and all expenses from Prestige Parking Meet and Greet. He was indifferent rather told me he would tell the boss. I asked who is the boss, I need to speak to him, I was told the boss was not available. Prestige Parking Meet and Greet were tossing me to and fro until I took a cab and left the airport terminal at 16:30 pm, I was too exhausted, imagine someone that arrived from a 7 hour flight at 07:00am in the morning and I was at the airport until 16:30pm. At 17:16pm, I got a call from a number 07703604163 telling me he was the driver from Prestige Parking Meet and Greet and he needed my address as he was coming to drop off my car. I asked for the company address of Prestige Parking Meet and Greet and the owner/manager's name he refused to give me any details saying he is only a driver.
At 21:19, I got a call from 07471101172 that they had dropped off my vehicle at a side street on my road. My vehicle was not dropped off at my address and I do not know where my vehicle was left. According to the driver, he had left my car keys on the tyre of my vehicle on a road away from my house. The driver was so rude and obnoxious on the phone to me when I wanted clarity on where he left my car.
Prestige Parking Meet and Greet are dubious, rogues and above all untrustworthy. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. There is no doubt they would be springing up under another name, please be aware this company should be avoided. Please do not have any dealings with them or better still avoid Deals4parking. At this moment I do not know where my car is.

Booked a meet and greet pick up with Prestige Parking through Deals4Parking at Heathrow. I was concerned as soon as I received the booking confirmation as there were no arrival instructions as to where to go when getting to Heathrow except an instruction to ring 'your friendly driver 20 -30 minutes prior to arrival'. This I did only to be put through to an answering service. Many attempts later there was still no reply by which time I had arrived at the airport with no idea where to go. I initially stopped at the valet parking outside Terminal 5 departures and enquired as to where Prestige Parking might be found. No one had ever heard of them. More calls and still no response. I was advised to try the meet and greet parking lot in the terminal building short stay car park. Again, no one had heard of Prestige Parking. More phone calls and still no response and a £5.10 charge to leave the short term car park. I returned to the parking area outside the terminal building with the flight check in time getting very close. More phone calls and at last got a response. A lot of cock and bull stories about the driver being held up in traffic but he would be with me within five minutes. 20 minutes later he arrived just as I was in the process of organising alternative parking. After another cock and bull story about having to assist a disabled driver he took my key and car and drove off without any paperwork, apology or being able to tell me where to meet him on my return.
On my return the same thing happened. After landing all the phone calls to the 'friendly driver' were diverted to an answering service. I had to wait over an hour before any one turned up and then my car was returned to me outside the DEPARTURES hall. Completely illegal and the car was filthy.
I ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS UNRELIABLE, HOPELESS AND TOTALLY AMATEUR OPERATION. THEY ARE WORSE THAN TERRIBLE.

Very good service! Polite drivers, will definitely use again. Car given back on time which i was very worried about, made my experience very easy!

Very poor service they made me wait 2 hours in Heathrow airport I called them mor than 10 time on time the said we need jump lead to start you we have not got booster then after 1 hour the driver said police stop me because you car window tinted and the give him fine £50 with no prove .

Excellent service, driver arrived on time both on pick up and drop off.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Booked parking and received instructions to call 30mins prior to arriving. Called for 45mins with no answer. Arrived in some dodgy car park with no reception and no one on site to assist. We had to book alternative parking and leave as we would have missed our flight otherwise.

Eventually while at check in, I receive a call back asking if I’m here. After 2 hours!!

I have asked for a refund and if not processed will be calling my bank for a chargeback.

Don’t use this unprofessional company. Pay more and travel stress free.

Disappointing. 25 minutes late meeting to drop off car, delayed my check in. Late meeting on return as well, repeatedly told car there in 5 minutes, arrived 25 minutes later. They argued why that was apparently okay, its not. Said didn't care if I did a review. Would not use again. Cheap, but you clearly get what you pay for.

Exceptional service and very helpful with my disabled mother at the airport and affordable price. Keep up the good work.
