It was a terrible experience. The day I dropped off the car, there was no one at the set time. After 5 calls and 45 minutes finally someone showed up, I nearly miss my flight. The day I received the car back it was scratched on one door. I have sent several emails and no one have come back to me. Beware that on the site I book this service the rating for this company was 4.8. I recommend checking ratings with Trustpilot or any other reputable site before booking anything online. I which I have done this.

Generally fine but our flight was badly delayed. We were warned that arriving after midnight would incur a £20 charge. We got to the car at 11.55 but driver refused to hand over keys until we paid £20, too exhausted to argue. With plenty of alternatives we will not use Prestige again. NB this review relates to Prestige Parking not the booking site etc

Terrible experience. They were 45 mins late collecting my car, and on return they were 1hr15 late to bring it back to the terminal. They blamed it on bad traffic, but I could see through an app that my car was parked in Slough until 15mm a before they arrived! Avoid like the plague.

Never ever will I use this company again. We had to wait over one hour for our car! We rang several times and at one point they just hang up on us. It was lay 21:30 and we have two small kids. So we booked this service to get home quick but it was the opposite!
This company should not be allowed to operate.

Prestige Parking Heathrow- nothing prestige about them. They lost our key and we waited 3 hours for our car. We have two little ones and had just come off an 8 hour flight. They stopped taking calls from us so unlikely to get a resolution.

dont use i wish i had read the reviews.....followed the instructions to the letter ......driver turned up to collect 40 mins late which caused us problems.......kept ringing but given different excuses ....do not use beware

Great communication, they rang to check our booking as worried it was incorrect. Our plane was significantly delayed on return but they were really helpful and car was ready as we came through after a long time travelling.

0* rating. Despite giving 30 minutes notice we would be arriving early they were 25 minutes after the time originally booked arriving to pick up the car. They just don't answer the phone! This incurred a big parking ticket as you have to pay it yourself. The driver was very offhand with if I had a problem to take it up with the company not him. The plane was late on return and although we had to only wait 20 minutes the driver (the same one) was very rude. Again we had to pay the parking ticket. No receipt given. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have used deals4parking to find a cheap parking at Heathrow. They came up with company called Prestidge Parking meet and greet so we have trusted them with our car. Big, huge mistake as they have damaged my car bumper to the point that they had to affix new registration plate to the car. I have called prestigde parking to tell them about the damage and they have told me to call deals4parking. They have told me that maybe I have done the damage and trying to claim something from them, despite the fact that I have footages from Heathrow security that my car had a different registration style to what it was return with. Either way deals4parking not returning any emails or letters and prestige parking meet and greet is ghost company not listed anywhere. I am almost certain that deals4parking own all this little ghost listed by them companies as when I rang D4P and PP meet and greet same person answered on few occasions. Avoid at all cost!!!

Absolute scum! Car returned in awful condition, covered in mud. 80 miles gone from the diesel gauge and refuse to send an invoice for the payment made (£276!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful service, please do not use. They don't inform you of the extra charges of the drop off fee. Then despite giving them multiple indications of what time I will collect my car, they were still over 45 minutes late, with me having to constantly chase them. The car was returned absolutely flithy, there were 2 separate collision reports with my car in the 3 weeks it was with them and the dash cams were all disconnected in my car without informing me. Honestly this company is the worst I've ever parked with and rather than trying to resolve any complaints professionally, they ask you to escalate it! I won't ever be using them again and strongly advise everyone to not use them as they are not for service in any capacity

One star is too good for these scammers. Will never use this company again. They have damaged our car and the manager was very rude. Our dash cam was taken down and the bonnet wasn’t closed. Will be taking this further and hopefully get this company closed down for good

I really should not be giving this company a STAR but it's the only way to place a review. The staff in general are very ill mannered, customer service is non-existent and no smooth communication during the entire process . The driver was extremely obnoxious and rude as the company do not give you a ticket when you collect your car which was not stated in the initial cost! Over charge for service and do not give you your keys back but rather place it in the wheel arch and only upon calling do they then indicate where it was left. No form of receipt was issued which lends itself to tax evasion for the money made. My car has cameras fitted and had an issue to record after return indicating it was parked somewhere unsavoury hence the camera's being tampered with. I would strongly urge anyone not to employ the services of this Circus act with the dangers prevalent.

As with other reviews, awful company and people. Had to wait 30 mins upon arrival for the guy to arrive. Upon return flight was delayed by 90 mins but was advised car would be left unlocked with key in as drivers won’t wait beyond the time entered into booking form as not paid beyond this! Avoid.

Leave this review they didn’t answer the phone when we rung which made us late then they gave us the wrong direction to terminal 5 when they finally came
To pick the car we had to pay for extra parking as we was left waiting then on arrival our car came back covered in tree sap where it was left under a tree the driver was not very friendly as the the advert describes
Please do not use this company I’m trying to get in touch for a refund but can not find a contact email DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE

Zero stars!!!!!! Waited 3 hours for my car. The number given would never answer, and when picked up, nothing but attitude. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

I really should not be giving this company a STAR. The Manager is very aggressive, customer service is unbelievably awful. The driver was very rude as the company do not give you a ticket when you collect your car! They over charge you do not give you your keys back or a receipt for the cash they made me give them before I received my keys! My car was ruined when they gave it back to me. Please do not use this company they are awful.

This company is a scam..... Avoid at all cost. They will not pick up the number you call to drop off your car. When they do it will be too late and you would have made an alternative arrangement. This is exactly what i experienced earlier this month when i traveled abroad.

UTTER SCAM COMPANY! AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE MONEY.

I made a booking and an hour later realised I did not need it, I spoke to a man on the phone who casually told me a refund is fine minus £20 admin fee (not a problem)

4 weeks later no refund! I called the mobile number on the email stating "call our friendly driver" which is laughable! The guy on the phone told me "to call the same number back and i will get a different person who can help". after i told him i wasn't stupid he said "try it" so i did and of course he had blocked me.

This company is a joke and most likely driving peoples cars around at weekends, going through your personal property and it wouldn't surprise me if they had a "break in" and cars went missing. How an airport can allow such con artists to operate there is beyond me.
