If I could give this “company” a minus, I would! DO NOT order from them. They will take your money, not send you the item and then refuse a refund until it’s in shipping status, therefore never receiving an item or a refund. They only reply in the evenings and even then, it’s the same nonsense repetition. I will be taking this further.

Is this place closed?

I recently ordered from their website and got a confirmation email, however after realising that this company is probably defunct and closed down i reached out to see if I could get my money back and have not heard since,

Ordered a nice shirt among other items. Emailed me 3 days later to say they could not locate the shirt after a staff member decided that they liked the look of it but instead they would be willing to give me a voucher to the value lol. AVOID THESE TIMEWASTING CLOWNS AND DO NOT ASSUME THAT BECAUSE THEY ARE SELLING AN ITEM THEY WILL SEND YOU IT

Ordered in October. It’s now January and I haven’t received my order. Update 27 January:
I received my refund

But ordered from this company, did not give me a confirmation email which was the first red flag.
Paid for fast shipping but no product had reached me, sent an email for an update, was told that they had lost it!

I understand that these things happen so I asked that they kept me up to date about the situation. They did not. I had to email multiple times, and even try there facebook page. It's unfortunate.

I have now had to escalate it to paypal! I'll update later if anything changes.

UPDATE: They took accountability and apologised for there lack of communication and assured me that they're working to improve things at the company to make sure things dont happen again. Saying is one thing so we'll see... but I did get a refund which I am thankful for.

I am so disappointed with this incompetent company which is not even able to deliver in France it is extremely shameful the French go your way.

Currently I am waiting for an order of 100 euros which will probably never arrive.

If my package arrives I will delete this comment.

Always have a great experience with Deadstock. My latest order was dispatched the same day and I received my order the following day. Communication was great and no complaints about my item. Will definitely be shopping with these guys again soon.

Pretty fantastic, I've ordered from a few vintage sites and this is one that I feel good about every time I order.

Great selection of clothes, clean and often freshly washed, decent prices and great customer service.

Absolute grails, packing and delivery was on point, any issues I had they were solved quickly.

Insane collection of clothes, quick delivery and some of the best customer experience I've ever had. Really down to earth and cool guys that cant do more to help. I tell everyone to shop here.

Very bad, didn't show that the item had stains on it in the pictures. It wasn't washed when it arrived and it stunk of cheap cologne. The item itself arrived with no problem, but it was very damaged filthy and there was no mention of the stains anywhere on the website, or in the few pics that were posted. In the description it didn't say anything about the condition, nor did the pictures show that the cuffs were turned brown by dirt ( you couldn't tell because of the lighting). I paid 70 quid (including the 14 quid shipping) for this used dirty and vile jacket. 1/10 will not use again ( the 1/10 is for the shipping speed, or else it would've been 0/10)
