Expecting a delivery yesterday. They totally messed it up. Not coming till Monday now and got a landscaper coming today. How they can't tell the difference between a billing address and delivery address is beyond me despite 2 previous orders done the same way in the last 12 months. No one rang me to tell me they’d got it wrong. Had to chase and even then told to ring back cause they were too busy to take my call. Wouldn’t bother if you need anything on the right date cause they will let you down and not even try to get the delivery out till it next suits them!

I will never use these guys again!
Turned up 15 minutes before closing wanting a price on a job lot, only to be turned away as they couldn’t bothered as stating now closed. I guess they didn’t want the extra £900+. Went down the road to GS Fencing who were very welcoming and accommodating. As such placed the order with them.

I am a regular customer at CAMBABEST Limited, but after the level of service I received, I will now be using Darlaston as well. Satty was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered useful advice, and ensured everything was sorted correctly. I ordered 12 fence panels and placed my order by phone which I wouldn’t normally do. However, I had been on the website and seen them and thought I’d give it a go and ring. They were helpful and friendly. I called on a Wednesday and they said they would deliver on Saturday morning, which they did at 8am! The delivery driver rang about half hour prior to let me know he was on the way. The fence panels are great and the delivery driver even delivered them to the back garden where I wanted them - top class thank you

Kitts Green branch,is a total joke.Half of the timbers purchased,are bowed and twisted.As soon as you enter the yard,you end up choking on whatever there burning that day...yes that's every time I've been there.Total shit show
