Great communications
Great communications, delivery was delayed slightly by courier (not Stone Savers fault) and their reaction was extremely helpful. Product was super well packed and exactly as expected, 140 porcelain slabs with no damage at all.

Stay clear of this company, absolutely awful experience and customer service!. If I could give zero stars I would!. I initially ordered tiles for a patio which went through with no issues. I was then spoken to twice around arranging delivery. The day before delivery was due I received an email stating the tiles were now out of stock, not even a phone-call!. When contacted Martin Puskar to query why the tiles were now out of stock when they were ordered weeks before he admitted that the tiles had been damaged by the forklift driver while preparing the order, with the response of “these things happen”. After assuring me he was going to do everything to resolve this for me I received no further contact. Having sourced alternative tiles at an additional £100 cost again I simply received an email confirming it would be processed. Absolutely shocking experience, no customer service or desire to help resolve the issue will never be using this company again.

After reviewing the situation, I can see that we did not handle this correctly — the lack of proactive communication and follow-up fell well below the service we strive to provide, and I completely understand your frustration.
The tiles being damaged during preparation was an internal error, and our response at the time was not acceptable. We have since spoken to the team involved and are putting processes in place to prevent this happening again, including more timely communication when orders are affected.
I appreciate the additional cost and inconvenience you had to bear sourcing alternative tiles. If you’re open to it, I’d like to discuss how we can make this right. Great quality stones at an excellent price. After delivery noticed a couple of chipped bullnose stones, called dispatch and spoke to Audrey, who was brilliant. She had the bullnose recut and delivered straight away. From order to delivery everything was hassle free, would highly recommend and use company for future work.

Scammers - terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Stonesavers.
On the scheduled delivery date, I received zero communication. I had to call multiple times before anyone finally answered, only to be told that due to issues with their delivery partner, they couldn’t complete the delivery. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me that if any enforcement penalties were issued to the driver, I—as the customer—would be liable unless I put everything in writing. Completely unacceptable.
It’s now been over a week and I’m still waiting for my refund. No updates, no proactive communication, and no response to emails until I was forced to raise a dispute/chargeback with my bank.
This level of service is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service
Had no issues when I first used stonesaver to supply tiles for my upper patio so was more than happy to use them again when I did my lower patio a few years later. On both occasions they offered the best price for the tiles and were easy to deal with, (good clear communication around order progression and delivery). There was an issue with the delivery containing a few broken tiles for the lower patio but stonesaver couldn’t have been easier to deal with and were extremely helpful in quickly arranging replacements/refunds. Excellent experience and will happily order from them again.
