I recently bought a Honda Civic from Dace Motor Group and dealt with Jaydon throughout the process. I was travelling up from Cardiff to buy the car, so I had quite a few questions before making the journey, and Jaydon was excellent from start to finish.

He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, answering everything honestly without ever making me feel pressured into buying. He kept me updated while the car was being prepared, sent me a detailed walkaround video and even contacted me when they thought they had found an issue with the infotainment system rather than simply letting me travel up and discover it myself. He had the issue check out and resolved and keep me informed, so it was all ready for the date I had arranged to come and view.

When I eventually came to view the Civic, the car was exactly as described and Jaydon made the whole test drive and purchase process straightforward and relaxed. I drove it all the way back to Cardiff afterwards and it was brilliant.

Buying a used car from several hours away can be a bit daunting, but the way Jaydon dealt with everything gave me a lot of confidence in making the trip. I'd happily recommend both him and Dace to anyone looking for a car.
