I had a very bad experience with this company. I bought a car from them, I came home and noticed that it had 3 defects, I wrote to them and told them that I don't want that car, and according to the law I have 14 days to return it, they told me to contact the warranty, but about what is the warranty for the car, only from them, the car is already bad, as I understood, they do the MOT poorly, because otherwise you would be see troubles. And now they just ignore me,be careful people with them.

Incredibly friendly and helpful team at the German Car Centre, both Jake and Adam are really friendly in there approach taking time to listen and advise according to my requirements. As a returning customer I cannot recommend Dace more highly, fantastic customer service.

Immaculate vehicles, top notch service. Callum knew we were coming to view a BMW with very short notice, the car had just been washed as we arrived ready for a test drive. Top class. Needless to say we bought it.

On Sunday, I had placed my deposit on a car, went for a view and test drive and agreed the purchase pending some work to remove scratches on the wing panel. I had received a call the following Monday informing me that the work on the vehicle was complete and it was ready to collect from Tuesday onwards so we agreed that the I would collect the car later that week. On Friday, I call to confirm my time of arrival only to learn that DACE will no longer sell the vehicle as they do not have documented the full service history. At not one point through the process had they informed me that they were awaiting this and that it was critical to the sale of the car. Furthermore, I had to call to find out rather than being told when I was there in person or in my call on Tuesday. Misled through the process so overall a terrible experience and service. If they cant even get this right, cant see why I would trust them to purchase a vehicle from. Wouldn't buy from and wouldn't recommend.

I have bought a xj jaguar from dace motor Ltd Adam the sales manager was very helpful he is very knowledgeable he does not put any pressure on you to buy gives you the keys and leaves you to have a good look round the car when you are ready he takes you out for a drive all the staff was fantastic I would highly recommend this garage to anybody wanting to buy a used car thanks Adam and all the staff

Bought a mercedes from dace a few years ago which was great so went back again and bought another one, bad mistake!! Had a look around the car which looked fine apart from the alloys which they agreed to sort out, so after 3 weeks, yeah 3 weeks! The car was ready to collect, problems started by the time i drove down the road! Windows didnt work properly, battery light came on, so thought it might need a run down the motorway, anyway the noise from door was loud from 40mph, got the car home and checked the car out for more faults, drivers door not lined up, boot needs a good slam, radio has a mind of its own, all the little compartments dont open and close as they should, so gave them a call the same day and was told to drop it of, when colleted the car the windows was fixed and worked as they should, but the noise was still there, they said the battery was fine, so dropped it of again, then picked it up again but still the same, i paid for dace,s own warranty with this car only to be told the battery was not covered!! Any way i dropped the car of at the showroom and walked away and got the finace company involved, a few dsys later got a call from dace saying they have put a new battery on it, now the brake pad light is on, what checks are they doing, READ the small print on your warranty, have now got the ombudsman on this, the car is a bag of spanners, do every check if you buy from here!! *******UPDATE 09/09/24 the mercedes has now been back for a 4th time!! and still nothing has been sorted and it was there for 2weeks, the mercedes was £14.200 + FINANCE, £4000 DEPOSIT WAS PAID AND AROUND £3000 IN PAYMENTS UPTO NOW, THEY HAVE SAID THEY WILL BUY IT BACK FOR £10.000 THATS SOME LOSS IN EIGHT MONTHS, THE FAULTS WHERE THERE FROM DAY ONE, HAVE NOW CONTACTED V12 FINANCE TO WIND THE AGREEMENT UP, UPDATE 25/10.24------ HAD TO PHONE RECOVERY LAST WEEK AND WAS TOLD THE BATTERY WAS TO FAULT, DACE PUT A NEW ONE ON A FEW MONTHS AGO, EMAILED THE REPORT OVER TO DACE AND GOT NO RESPONSE, HAVE NOW GOT A CAR SAT ON THE DRIVEWAY WHICH WONT START, TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE!!!!!!!!UPDATE THE CAR HAS NOW BEEN INSPECTED AGAIN FROM THEN FINANCE COMPANY AND NOW WAITING FOR THE OUTCOME!!

Absolute worst garage. I am £500 out of pocket because they said they check every car they sell but only do the absolute bare minimum to scrape them through a sub standard inspection.
Obviously not bothered about customers or quality of cars they sell, only interested in lining their own pockets.
Do not trust a word they say I have been lied to on every communication with them.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Absolutely top class service from Joe , we bought a Volvo XC60 after he had helped us test drive quite a few cars. No hard push , excellent knowledge and friendly also got us a fair deal on our trade in. Massively impressed also with the range of cars and great prices, highly recommend
