i wont use this company again and would tell others to have another shop around and try not to yourself. what they don't get is its all about repeat business and depending how they deal with a return will have a big impact on if you order again. based on how they have dealt with me if you can i would use someone else. i have been given a lot of incorrect information by the team on the phones not good. they have sat on my return for 4 days before they even logged it into there system. they are in no rush to give me my £660 pounds back for a faulty monitor. They are very good at quoting the small print that at the end of the day most of us don't read. i thought that a company owned by bt would be better.
i sent an email and there system quoted a 3 day response well its well after 3 days and i am still waiting. also is 3 days really except able should it not be longer than 24hrs.

I have used Dabs for some years now and have always found them to be very good and helpful. Even when my son`s laptop went faulty in the first year ,it was repaired quickly and returned with no fuss.

Was looking for a solid state drive laptop and although I wasn't overly fussed regarding to the product I was bound by company finances! Dabs offered a great product and the price was almost too good to be true!! I completed the order and as promised (for a small £10 fee) the laptop arrived early the next day.
My only negative and reason for not rating 5 was that shortly after the order I was called at work by a foreign sounding call centre asking me to verify my company information and asking questions about the payment card. Firstly how do I know who they were? No name was given and they could have easily been a fraudster as I was! And as I was at work, the phone system was minutes away from an automated answer machine message. I wouldn't have spoken with anyone then so would I have still been sent the laptop??

I ordered a laptop from Dabs. Received ok, except that the warranty
was set as 31/10/15. When I checked the build and warranty date it was
obvious this was old stock. But they did not mention this.
I contacted dabs via phone to get the warranty updated and via the website. I rang again and have emailed. also checked my account with them which card and noted a random order, which I had not placed. Their advisor admitted over the phone that one of their reps input the order on my account in error. Worrying as this may have got charged to my card, although she said not possible. But it was possible for a random order to be placed on account???

I quickly removed my details. Would suggest you don't store your card details on the account. Will give this retailer a miss as scope for fraud and not really fast with responding to web queries. It's a BT company so I guess they don't care.

Perfect place to buy all the tech stuff. Arrived in time with proper packing. I am happy wth them and would stick to them.

I ordered a small item from Dabs about 8 days ago with standard delivery but have yet to see my purchase. It was paid for straight out of my bank account.

First time i ordered from this site, i paid for saturday delivery and it turned on on the monday at a collection shop and not my house, then was told to go pick it up from teh collection point even though it wasnt near my house and they didnt care that it was 2 days late and not actually delivered to the correct address!. Second time i order (i was a fool to go with this company again)a very expensive headset from them and pay for next day delivery as i need them urgently and it turns up on time however its faulty! worst company ive ever used! and cant even return the faulty goods as it has to be returned via the manufacturer! so they just take your money and fob you off.

Good price for a good quality product which was delivered very quickly without leaving the house.

Ordered SSD drive standard posting arrived in 3 days, attached and functioning as required. Ta

Ordered a £40 Solid Slate Disk which shipped for £0.98. No problem. Ordered a £5 bracket to mount it. Shipping jumps to £4.50. Now I wouldn't have a problem paying realistic P&P on a low cost item to be shipped on its own as there won't be enough profit to cover it. But the Dabs shipping computer needs to think to itself that a low cost item is hitching a ride with a higher cost item so doesn't need to buy its own ticket.

All ends happily as the nice lady credited me the difference in P&P.

The product prices are good but the delivery is expensive and slow for example:over three pounds to spend three days delivering Microsoft Office. Compare this to Farnell where if you order by 20:00 delivery will be10:00 the next morning ...for free.

Great purchase. Better value and more readily available than via Amazon!

I recently purchased a laptop harddrive from dabs. Item arrived within a couple of days of ordering and the hdd was very well securely packaged. I'm really pleased with the level of service , would highly recommend. 5*

It took two weeks to dispatch due to an item being out of stock.

Took over a week to dispatch due to an item being out of stock. Couldn't modify the order in the meantime due payment being via Paypal, so they said. No information volunteered via email or text, I had to call several times to get updates. Great in all other aspects, but could do better in this area.

Choice came down to Dabs or Amazon.
Thought I'd try a local company and delighted that I did. Price was good but not at expense of service which was great. Delivered next days despite paying standard postage.

Received my laptop in very good time. No problems from ordering through to receiving. Pleased to recommend this company, I`ll be back.

Cheaper by 30% than some other sites. Fast delivery. Only slight problem during payment caused by my unusual browser settings resolved by friendly, knowledgeable and professional local support staff. Overall quite satisfied and would shop here again.
