Made two purchases the first of which arrived late, 3-4 days overdue(I requested next day delivery).

For my first order (a wireless network card) I personally rang the courier service they use (UPS) to find reason for delay because dabs didn't bother informing me at all, after this phone call the item was delivered within hours without any notice... Am also still waiting for a refund (next day delivery refund) for which I rang dabs and requested for nearly 2 weeks ago.

My second order for a monitor did not get delivered at all due to the delivery driver having difficulty finding my address.

After ringing up dabs yet again i had to query them as to why I wasn't informed of the drivers difficulty finding my address even though I've left both my phone and email with them. I was told that they were 'behind with their emails' 'holiday delays' etc etc. I've requested through a phone call/online a full refund (Inc shipping cost) for this undelivered item. The female on the phone I spoke to seemed genuinely sympathetic and helpful.

I have been very patient and am waiting for dabs to resolve these issues with me, if you are reading this dabs please get in contact with me as soon as humanly possible so we can get a conclusion to this.

I'm sorry to have written such a review but I'm extremely dissapointed my hard earned money i spent on your products has resulted in this situation.

Seemed to take a long time to process when the parts were in stock.
However when picked delivery was quick and well packed.
Also used a decent courier (RM).

I was impressed by the ease of use of the website, the niche electronic products on offer and the prompt delivery.
The only improvement I could suggest is that the delivery company chosen could update its website quicker so one could be forewarned of delivery times.

Order was delivered very fast and was well packaged. Exactly what I wanted no issues and product works absolutely brilliantly giving me more SSD storage overall. Used dabs before for a number of orders and been happy with them every time. Will always return to dabs as I've never had any issues and overall they are priced competitively.

Didn't receive the price quoted in the offer email and then found that the effective same item was even cheaper on the website making the offer not an offer at all.
It was still a decent price for the product but not the special deal I thought I was getting.

I have ordered from Dabs for years and had no issues with anything.
They aren't always the cheapest but they are very competitive, furthermore they often have items in stock when they are out of stock at certain other, well known, online shops.
Sometimes they use a courier without online tracking but they are so quick to deliver you don't have time to track your order anyway!
Well done Dabs - keep it up!

Saw an offer in an email for a tablet at a great price. Ordered at 4pm, chose free delivery. It had arrived by lunch next morning. Sensible packaging too, not will big boxes.

Have used dabs numerous times over more than 10 years, always been happy.

Went through Dabs as I'd used them before. Not only were they the cheapest, but their Customer Service was second to none. I ordered in the evening and selected free delivery. I received my order two days later.

Will be coming back the next time I need anything.

Ordered 2x hard drives on a next day delivery. 27 Hours after the order was placed I received an email telling me the card had been declined. My credit card company confirmed that the payment had never even been presented and they hadn't blocked it. When I looked on my dabs account it showed the declined payment as an American Express, but my card is a MasterCard. I checked my saved card details on dabs and the card was listed as MasterCard!! So their processing error not mine! Emailed them pointing out their error, no response, no apology, but the items did turn up the next day. Really they should've refunded my postage since it came in 48hrs not 24 due to their mistake... Would try to avoid them in the future if possible, Ebuyer is much much more slick and reliable.

Always a fast service, easy to use website, quick shipping even on the standard options.

Great service super fast delivery

Placed an order with dabs. Received acknowledgement email without any reference to the fact that the item would be out of stock for a month. It was only when I chased the order that I found out about the delay. I cancelled the order, but did not even get an email confirming tyhe cancellation.

I used to use dabs, many,many years ago, but recently purchased a 3Dprinter, and Dabs had the cheapest filament for my printer, so I used Dabs again.
Ordered 2 spooks of filament, 3 days apart, but very surprised to recieve both at the same time, will definitely use again if prices stay cheap.

Dabs.com has always been a great place to by IT equipment for work. Little unsure how the rebrand to BT is going to effect the business. Dabs has always been a company where you can find exactly what you are looking for and buy it quickly and easily. BT has always been a complicated and confusing company where you struggle to get to the service you want. I hope it works, but if it doesn't, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the first item I've purchased from Dabs in a long time. Now I remember why! My recent purchase was an AMD APU which is a delicate piece of electronics. It was in it's retail box (which gives no real protection) and posted by Dabs in a plain grey plastic bag with no outer box or padding of any kind. Really disappointed as I trusted Dabs to be a good company. I don't think I'll be back in a hurry!

Ordered goods and paid extra for pre 12.00 delivery, goods did not turn up until 16.00. No refund for the extra carriage from DABS, in fact no reply to emails.

Brilliant and quick service, I will definitely use it again.

so, I'm asked to review a purchase when I week on I've not RECIEVED my goods.

Returned to send - insufficient address details , the parcel tracker said

The address said "Crossgates Medical C" - the remaining letters of Centre being cut off

The rest said "station Road" & the post code was correct

Now Station Road is a very short road , and on it are 4 things
1. The Arndale Centre
2. The Station
3. M&S
4. Crossgates Medical Centre

Now with the "insufficient" address of Crossgates Medical C , I invite Dabs to choose which one of the 4 answers is correct !

Please can anyone at dabs explain why with the postal details entered there was insufficient address details to allow delievery!!

Really unhappy as ordered next day delivery as my hard disk has crashed and 1 week on I've still not got them

What raring were you expecting if you send out the satisfaction questionnaire before the customer has RECIEVED the goods

Best price that I could find for Samsung 4Tb portable hard drives. Received sooner than expected. Would happily use again.
