Curtains Made Simple Recenzje

This is a fantastic company! The made to measure curtains and blinds they make are immaculately made and delivered in 2 weeks. This is the second time I've ordered from Curtains Made Simple (curtains and blinds) and I will do so again. The ordering process is easy and there is an enormous range of fabrics to choose from and they will send samples before you order if you like. I don't hesitate to recommend them!

Sensational. The quality is superb. I received the stunning full length, lined curtains within a couple of weeks. I will always use Curtains Made Simple from now on.

Absolutely love my new curtains. They are totally perfect. The website clearly explains the measuring and ordering process. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. The curtains came well packed and hung / draped beautifully straight out of the box. We ordered eyelet curtains for the lounge with blackout and interlining and already we can feel the difference - no more drafts! No issues with the courier service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The three roman blinds are absolutely perfect! The quality of workmanship is outstanding - both with regard to the correct sizing and the beauty of the blinds themselves.
Furthermore I wanted to make a size increase several days after my order and Curtains made Simple kindly accommodated my request.
I will always use them from now on

Delighted - curtains look fabulous and were turned around very quickly. CMS also went out of their way to make sure I got the last bit of a particular fabric as it has been discontinued. Much appreciated

I had a tablecloth made. The fabric seems to be good quality and was well-sewn to specification. It looks stylish. It seems the dimensions were greater than the width of the fabric, so two narrower strips were sewn, one on each dise of the full fabric width. This looks ok, but I hadn't considered this limitation.

great service and fast dispatch every time. thank you

This company gets one star for using DHL for fulfilment. It is always a nightmare and they take no responsibility for what DHL do.

The service was excellent. The fabric was ideal.

Great company to deal with. Fabric is always fantastic quality and they are quick to despatch.

Really good service and quality of curtains. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great experience! Staff were very thorough and checked measurements and that i was happy with the material before placing an order. Very quick producing the curtains and they are beautiful! Thank you!

Absolutely love our new curtains! Was nervous about ordering without viewing a display sample first, but I didn’t need to worry, they are of a very high standard and fit perfectly. Plus arrived earlier than expected, bonus! Added the scatter cushions on a whim and so glad I did, they really tie the room together. Wish I had more rooms to order curtains for now! Would definitely recommend, excellent :)

Exceptional service. My curtains arrived incredibly quickly and are beautifully made. Will absolutely use again.

Easy to use website with clear information when purchasing, providing different options on each step of the way. Would be nice to see it modernised slightly be not at the expense of what makes it work in the first place.

Really good selection of fabrics, from affordable to expensive.

Prices were clear for the fabric and the price calculator allowed you to check quickly before proceeding.

Great customer service, a phone number clearly placed on the website didn't take long to get through to an expert who was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Across email as well they kept me informed every step of the way while the curtains were being made. They also asked and double checked everything before creating.

Highly recommended. Good value, great quality and service.

From start to finish my dealings with Curtains Made Simple has been excellent! Their prices are very competitive and they were the only company who was able to pattern-match my fabric (within the price!). Each of the staff members I had dealings with were kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Their communication was great and they took great care to ensure the whole process went smoothly. It was a large order which was completed in record time and it was delivered exactly on time. I can highly recommend Curtains Made Simple and I am already planning my next order!

Fantastic I got my fabric less than 48 hous after making the order! Many thanks will definitely use your company again.

Very helpful staff with quick email response when required, nicely packaged curtains delivered on time and beautifully made. I have always made my own curtains in the past so this was a real treat to have them made for me!

I placed an order for blinds just in the nick of time for guaranteed delivery by Christmas only to be told just 2 weeks before Christmas that due to an internal error my order had not been processed. I was so disappointed but instead of the usual denial and defensiveness, Curtains Made Simple immediately admitted their error and took responsibility. How very refreshing.

Juliette bent over backwards and worked some magic with the fabric supplier and went on to make up my blinds in record time so that I still received both sets of blinds before Christmas. She also provided regular updates on progress without over promising. I’m so impressed with their honesty and dedication to great customer service. And the blinds are beautifully made as well. A lesson here for other retailers on how to treat their customers when things go wrong.

Love my curtains and blinds. Whole experience was easy. Kept informed all the way. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Website could do with a refresh.
Will be back again soon!
