Have used this company on many occasions so upon moving to a new house, they are one of the first I browsed online to find blinds & curtains for my new home. They're not necessarily the cheapest but their range of fabrics is second to none & they're always beautifully made, carefully packaged & sent out in a timely manner. Really pleases with purchases again

I ordered curtains on 15th November funds were taken immediately in the sum of £300.20 no order confirmed have tried contacting this company by email and ringing them no response i eventually was able to speak to Danielle on chat this morning and was told my curtains would be ready on 11th January as they hadnt even ordered the material. Apparently i missed the cut off date for pre Christmas delivery however it would have been courteous and professional to advise me of this when they took my money over 4 weeks ago. Very disappointed with this company i now await a refund and sourcing curtains elsewhere.

Great experience. Ordered 3 very long drop roman blinds for a bay window, in a material that had a very large repeating pattern on it. The blinds are beautiful and the pattern well aligned across them. They look lovely and the mechanism on the blinds works well despite them being heavy.

All good until it isn’t !
I would add pictures to show, but for some reason i can’t!
Ordered some curtains to be made at £650, fabric on the join didn’t even remotely align or match up. Tried speaking to Danielle online, so that i had the transcript, sent photos, her attitude “don’t see what the problem is”
I told them i wanted them collecting & a refund issued, apparently she can’t do that, then no further communication & she ended the online chat. Still no further contact !

I see that they have responded on here, accusing me of ending the chat, yet haven’t bothered to call me or send an e mail !!
Says everything to me !

We cannot recommend this company highly enough, from the huge range of fabrics available to the quality of the workmanship and the first class customer service.
We ordered made to measure curtains for a very large window and a made to measure table cloth. We paid for fast track delivery which was a 10 working day lead time but the items arrived in a week! Don’t let the “made for free” label fool you into thinking that the quality will be lacking, everything about these curtains screams luxury! We couldn’t be happier with the service, quality and workmanship from this company.

Fantastic service all round. They contacted me mid-make with a couple of options, then my blinds arrived very promptly, beautifully made and they fitted perfectly.

I am pleased with the curtains I purchased , but noticed an area on one of the curtains where the seam isn’t quite right but on hanging fortunately it doesn’t appear to show.

I have used this company before so ordered three pairs for our new house. I haven't hung them yet until the move but they look perfect and as always are beautifully made. My previous curtains from this company have been really well made.

Repeat customer, couldn’t find anywhere cheaper. They even sourced a bespoke material for me that wasn’t in stock. Had great customer service support on measuring and the blind arrived within stated timescales. High quality and a personalised service, sure I’ll be back again!

Sadly, we have had a bad experience with this company. We ordered a pair of curtains with a 112 cm drop. We found that one of the curtains only had a drop of 101 cm and that the patterns had not been matched across the pair.
This only came to light six months after the curtains had been delivered. On receipt, it became clear that the double width we had ordered was too much for the window, given the thickness of the material and the way it bunched.
At that time, we did not check the length of either curtain. We left them in the box deciding what to do. Eventually, we hit upon having one of the curtains split in two and the other made into cushions.
It was the seamstress we commissioned to do this work who pointed out the two errors made by the company.
We wrote to the company asking for our money back but expecting to reach some sort of compromise. We offered to accept £50 being the charge the seamstress made for altering the ‘short’ curtain. The best she could do by altering the bottom hem and the header tape was a drop of 110 cm.
The company refused to accept that any mistake had been made at their end choosing instead to imply that we and our seamstress were lying.
Clearly, our experience is out of line with most of the very good reviews posted on this site.
I am very sad that the company has refused to accept a very fair offer to settle. We have a pair of curtains that are just about usable and a nice set of matching cushions but the whole episode has been very unsatisfactory.
