My cushions are an exact match for my curtains. Your service is prompt and efficient. My order arrived a few works earlier than initially advised too.

Bad customer service. Placed an order for a sample and after a week it still hadn't arrived. Contacted the company to discover it hadn't even been sent out as they were ordering a sample from elsewhere. No-one even bothered to tell me of the delay. It held up my project to the extent that I missed the chance to buy a co-ordinating item that I needed to colour match due to the delay. How hard can it be to tell customers there is a delay so they can plan around it? I could have got the same sample from another supplier (cheaper as it turns out), and actually, the entire curtains too.

Needed a small bespoke single curtain and this was the only firm I could find who quoted a reasonable price for it. Very good at answering queries and did an excellent job.

My curtains for the lounge and dining room arrived earlier than originally stated. The quality and workmanship is extremely good. My tie backs were tighter than my previous curtains but that was because I didn't stipulate the length I required. Ashleigh dealt with this minor proble efficiently and politely on the phone. I would recommend Curtains Made for Free and I would definitely use them again.

I have had several lots of curtains made by Curtains Made for Free over the last few years and have always been delighted with the range of fabrics available and the quality of the finished curtains. I have just ordered a second pair for my living room which will allow me to get the others cleaned. These are thermal lined blackout curtains and they look fabulous. I am thrilled. I ordered 3 pairs of velvet lined curtains and couldn’t be more pleased with them. This is the first time I have ever had curtains made to fit windows as usually I just buy ready made. I was very nervous about getting the measurements right but the guide was very useful and easy to follow. When they arrived they were a perfect fit and very well made.
