Do NOT work with this company — a complete waste of time.

I ordered samples in December, which took over a month to arrive. Then I placed an order at the end of January based on the quoted price. I was told it would take 3–4 weeks for delivery. Four weeks later, I reached out for an update and was told the curtains were no longer in stock — with no communication beforehand.

Despite that, I held on to the order for a couple more months, hoping the material would come back in stock. I checked in periodically during that time to see if it had become available again, but received no proactive updates. When I checked in recently, I was informed that now, almost three months later, there would be a price increase.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. There was zero communication on order status, no updates on inventory, and now a surprise price increase on a product that’s already been paid for. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

purchased 2 custom skirts for a specific sized lift table and the company was great to deal with..there price was quite competitive compared to some..the skirts fit well and seem quite durable

Our overall experience was great! When we opened the product and began assembling the screens, we noticed that two wheels were missing. I reached out to the company, and they promptly responded after confirming some basic information. The replacement wheels arrived within a few days—faster than expected—with excellent communication from Jan throughout the process.
We would definitely choose Akon again for any future curtain needs. Thanks again!

From the moment I started my inquiry, I believe I had a couple of people involved in helping me make the best choice for my curtain need. They recommended the proper height width and explained how the tracks would work and they add a velcro closure in the middle so the two sections connect easily. Tracks with rollers are the best.

Great experience and a very nice product. Akon was helpful in designing and customizing my curtain, even when I asked for changes after I placed my order. The curtain is very nice quality and works great. Highly recommend.

The curtains were the sizes ordered and good quality. Very easy to install. Only reason I did not give a 5 star was the delivery time. the website lists 7-10 days and after ordering I was provided a delivery time of 4 1/2 weeks which would have been Dec 19th in time to install for the upcoming holidays. When I called to check on the order on the 19th I was told they built the order incorrectly with grommets vs the snaps ordered and ask if I was accept the grommets for a discount. I told them no and the order was then delayed another 7-10 days so I was not able to get them installed and use out of them for the holidays. I expected some sort of consideration for the delays and inconvenience, but nothing was offered. Other that that everything was fine. I will follow up with a review on the durability in the spring.

Good quality product, difficulty getting the right parts though, but customer service was nice and by the third part shipment we got it done.

I ordered a curtain from Akon to serve as a barrier between my wood lathe and the cleaning/sharpening station of my shop. It has worked very well at keeping the flying wood shavings contained. Installation was straight forward and the weight of the curtain is great for the purpose served.

Install went smooth, order process was smooth, but the communication on shipping dates/delivery dates regarding materials could've been a little more prompt. When trying to gather color samples they were never received but was told they had been sent out on several occasions. Sharing tracking info or similar would have been helpful to get materials over to architect/engineer for approval. Overall the process went smoothly and products came just as anticipated.

I could not be happier with my purchase from Akon. The order arrived very quickly and packaging was excellent. The instructions were helpful and installation was a breeze. Our outdoor patio is incredibly comfortable even with cold temperatures now that we have the curtain in place.

I reached out to Akon with need for help with a big project with a tight deadline for delivery. They were upfront about their processing times, but the production side thought they could accomplish it. Not only did they accomplish it, but well before our deadline and the product was solid. The sales team would reach out weekly to give me updates and it really was nice to be informed like that. I look forward to working with this company again for my welding protection needs.

Ordered a large 2 piece clear vinyl tarp for an outdoor porch, pending durability and longevity, everything is as advertised. The material arrived in a timely manner, customer service was very responsive in getting the dimensions and build correct. Material seems of good strength and appearance.

They took my drawings and suggestions and made it a reality. I took my basic wood porch and turner it into a 4 season room. I could not have done it without the curtains from Akon. I ordered zippers to open then separately. I ordered straps to hold them up when opened and I order snaps to secure it to the structure. They followed my measurements perfectly!

I ordered Patio/Screened in porch tarps with twist-locks last year about this time from Eric Lee, and absolutely Love them! The "twist locks" are the Best thing that ever happened for ease of tarp installation. I decided to complete my project this year with a Special Order to fit around a doggie door & step. ERIC LEE was extremely helpful throughout the process. I have recommended Akon to everyone. Many guests have seen them and comments include how esthetically appealing they are, quality of material (can barely tell they are there) and the workmanship of the twist locks & thus ease of installation.
Mark Ackerman was also instrumental in the quote pro ess. Your company is an A+, 5 Star establishment.

I have been working with Eric Lee from Akon and he has been a wealth of information for my residential curtains I have been purchasing for my deck. Sales staff are very knowledgeable along with timely updates on my order and shipment. Product is constructed very well with all stitching and seams. I would recommend Akon for any outdoor curtain needs.

The staff worked with me every step of the way. I purchased curtains for a 30X40 pavilion.

Everyone went above and beyond to help me make sure on the measurements making recommendations for my application.

They sent samples.
Replied to every email quickly.

Once my order came, the Akon staff helped with install questions I had.

In a day and time when quality customer service is almost non-existent, Akon delivered in every respect. I recommend them highly for any need you may have.

The plastic cover for my gazebo is perfect. It was easy to buy and install. Their measurements were spot on.

Just as important is Akon’s customer service. They updated me at least 3 time per week with a delivery date and continued to follow up with me after it arrived.

One small thing to consider.. I would suggest asking what screws they will send for the fasteners. They sent me small wood screws that did not work for my metal framed gazebo. They responded quickly and refunded the money I used to purchase new screws.

I already had my strip curtains way before and then what is suppose to be sliding hardware which I ordered with strip-curtains.com. Horribly expensive/unfriendly wrong part service by the way. Then I found Akon, so all I needed was just a specific part to have my curtains slide, they were able to help me determine the right part (sectional hinged trolley with steel wheels) and the right amount based on the item length and open space size. They were patient and polite. Prices are exceptionally affordable and the items came fast and was easy to install. Parts are of quality and slides easily and not noisy. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again. Keep it up guys!!

Wow. Moved into a new home, I was looking for something to separate a 6x8 golf cart space in my 2 car garage for my woodcarving area. Need to keep the dust off my cars ( ok wife’s car)! Found this company online. Filled in all the questions on what I wanted and measurements. Bamm done. Paid, delivered fast. I installed it (easy)! And BAMM, all set. Works great, no dust on spousal units car, lol. Installed a vented portable ac unit and I’m all set. Great company with great communication. If you need something like this or a lot bigger, buy it here. Check out all the photos on the website. Glad I did. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
