They were very helpful in providing answers to my questions. The product arrived as expected, no surprises. Very professional experience overall. I am using the curtain to insulate and section of part of my garage so I can do my woodworking in the summer months and stay cool as well as limit the sawdust that lands on my wife's car. It is doing the job better than expected.

I am very happy with my special sized order of outdoor Curtains/Tarps that I ordered for our Gazebo. My wife and I just invested in the 12' x 16' Metal Gazebo and all new furniture for the use in the Gazebo this Spring. We were trying to figure out how to protect, secure and store all of this through our harsh Winter months. I located these Curtains/Tarps on Amazon however I was unable to order the exact sizes that I wanted or needed so I Googled the Akon Company and contacted them directly to get the help that I needed. Both Eric Lee and Austin James in the Sales Department were extremely helpful. They listened to our needs, answered all of our questions in detail and revised our quote several times to ensure that the product that we received was accurate and exactly what we wanted. Eric Lee and Austin James did a Fantastic Job, and our order arrived to use fairly quick. The Curtains/Tarps were pretty easy to install and now my wife and I are feeling better about protecting our investment. The best part is that since our Metal Gazebo has a vented roof we will still be able to utilize it through the Winter months and sit by our Propane Fire Pit and relax and enjoy it. My package arrived as promised. The installation process was very easy.

I had to cancel my order because they couldn’t tell me how much it would be for shipping until they shipped the item and it could be any amount so how can you ship something without knowing how much to charge a customer upfront they could charge hundreds of dollars after for shipping and you can’t do a thing about it.

The product fit as planned and the tracks & wheels roll super easily. The clear curtain is thick enough that it is sturdy, but is transparent so it can be seen through.

The company was very responsive about what type of curtain I needed as well as the hardware. The install was pretty straight forward and the curtain, rail, and hardware works as anticipated.

Ordered product on 8/29, received an email from Patrick Mercer on 9/6 basically yelling at me to inspect shipping boxes and to not allow the delivery truck driver to leave until such inspection was complete. Boxes then left at house without signature. Although boxes were perfect, sure enough, an integral end piece was missing. After being accused of theft basically by a Michael Davis (I am happy to inform you I got approval to send you the "replacement" piece) AKON sent another package a few days later with the WRONG piece again! All this after I told them I was on a strict deadline. Finally received the replacement piece in the mail nearly a month after original order. This was like watching a monkey try to fornicate with a football. Never again.

Received product after specific, almost yelling instructions regarding accepting shipment when boxes weren't perfect.

Sometimes things on orders don’t go as expected. It happens to every Company. What makes the difference between a great Company and a mediocre one is how they deal with these issues when they come up. Alas, nowadays far too many Companies fall in the mediocre category. Not this one. They responded quickly to make it right, and I felt I had an advocate working for me to address the issue. Thanks Ryan!
