Excellent for Germany to UK transfers
I have retired, moved back to the UK and used Currency Solutions for the last few months to transfer money from my Germany bank accounts to the UK. Their service is excellent, fast, very efficient and most important, totally trustworthy. My personal adviser is Paul who is really on the ball but hats off to all the team.

The site was easy to use, after initial hiccups, Ernie Elmer talked me through it the first time, and from then on, it has been easy.
He was very patient with me, as I am a 2 finger typer, and easily confused.

Great service for what I needed to do
Needed to send money abroad and chose this company based on a YT recommendation and the fact that FFC transfers were available.
Dealt with Steve who assured me of the process and procedures. Being naturally catious and asking a few questions allayed any fears that i had about transfers etc.
Every step was documented and a receipt was emailed to me. Yes there is a difference between the spot price and their price (difference is the money they make as a company). I contacted the payments team who were only happy to answer my questions. Steve kept me in the loop as well via phone calls. Overall satisfied with the whole process and money got to its recipient on the same day.

Its only the second time I have used Currency Solutions. Both times have been a great experience. I was guided through each stage of my transaction by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. All personnel were polite whenever I phoned and if my fund manager wasn't available, I got a call back almost immediately. Thank you Currency Solutions for making everything so quick and easy.
