John Bassett at the Paphos office was incredibly helpful and even helped me at the weekend after a major screw up caused by staff incompetence at my UK G-SIB bank. Subsequently received apology and comp payment from said bank but John saved the day and completed the house purchase via daily scheduled payments. Highly recommended.

Great rates, advice on rates, personal service
I have used Currency Solutions for at least 15 years. Changed money to buy then sell a boat in US Dollars and got excellent rates. They answer the phone promptly (unlike many banks) and I deal with my own account manager, Steve Geoghan, who is always chatty, gives good explanations as to why the rate is high or low and whether it is a good or bad time to change money, and even arranged for dollars to sit in their account to be changed into pounds when the rate was set by me to be favourable. I've used GBP, USD, A$, and now Euros. Rates consistently better than Halifax. Date and reference given below one of many.

They have been very professional and ultra efficient.
They give competitive rates of exchange and free from transactions over 5000. Pounds I think that is the balance necessary.

I have been using them at various times over the last 10 years and have always had fantastic service. I haven't just blindly taken their rates as good but randomly compared to others and always found their rates competitive or better than others. John has been outstanding without exception - always professional but friendly too, with a great team behind him too allowing him to offer great customer service and means I always now go to them as a 1st reaction. I always hear straight back within the day whenever I reach out to him and many a time he has given advice for the best way to move forward when I haven't known my options and sometimes when its been money from house sales its reassuring to know someone is there to help me through.

Excellent & Efficient Service
I had an excellent experience for my first transaction with Currency Solutions. I had previously set up an account. I contacted John Bassett to obtain an exchange rate for a Sterling to Euro transaction, the rate was acceptable to me. He explained the process in detail. Within minutes he emailed me the information needed to initiate the trade. The funds were in my Cypriot Bank Account within 24 hours of first contacting John.
What great efficient service!!! I would definitely recommend Currency Solutions.
