Didnt get the drum I ordered. have been trying for over a week to get a refund on the item and keep going round in circles. Do not buy from this company.

HUGE RIP OFF! False advertising and you will never get your money back! Drum is from China and nothing like what is pictured in the ad! BUYER BEWARE!

The drum of this company is a fraud. It has nothing to do with the picture; the one they send you has the size of your hand

Do not order from Cupami! They sent the wrong product in the wrong size and color. We paid for expedited shipping and it took over a month to get here. Save your money! When we tracked our purchase it was coming from China, whereas the website says they have a warehouse in Canada and ship from there. Extremely disappointing!

Have the same experience as everyone else here. Opened a conflict with PayPal. PayPal asked me to present a document of a law enforcement agency. Opened a case at IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) today. Hope i will get my money back.

Cupami is a scam. I purchased a drum and what arrived was a childs toy. I wanted to give it to my friend who is a shaman and instead it is going straight to the recycling . I will never buy off instagram again

Package took about 45 days to arrive. When it came, it was much less than what was promised. About half the size, half the musical notes, none of the accessories.
They're offering a partial refund, but what they sent isn't worth keeping for even half the price.

-5 stars if it was available. After some effort got a full refund via PayPal! My experience mirrors dozens of others. Cupami advertised a lovely 15 tone hang drum in excellent tune (masterful video of one being played) I order one and paid more for "upgraded version better timbre." It took weeks to arrive, and what came was a 6" 8 tone drum that wasn't in tune at all. (I am a musician and professional instrument maker.) At first I thought it was a mistake until I found your trustpilot site. They never offered to send the "real" drum I ordered, only offered discounts to keep what they shipped. They also told me that to ship the wrong item back would be very expensive. [Like I should be penalized for their shipping "error.") I don't think they even have any of the large good drums. As they make this "mistake" repeatedly. I wouldn't pay a dime for the toy they sent. I ultimately went to PayPal to contest the charge. I used your site as a resource, so thank you for what you folks do. I do believe they are doing a classic "bait and switch" scam with no intention of satisfying any customers. They should not be allowed to advertise on FaceBook and PayPal should not enable them in cheating people out of their money. Here is a PDF with details of how I got a full refund from PayPal. But PayPal is still allowing them to sell using their platform. PayPal should shut them down.

Total scam! Waited 5 weeks to get. Did not get music book, note stickers or picks which is suppose to be included in the package. What about the braided rope around the whole drum which is shown in every ad. Thought that is how it came. Scam artists.

leider wegen einer facebook werbung bestellt. geliefert wurde etwas komplett andere. harte ein hangdrum bestellt. gekommen ist eines das 5x so klein war und einfach nur Müll das man nach 5min wegschmeißen möchte!
über Paypal bestellt und jetzt soll ich den Müll ins Chinaland zurücksenden und den versand selber zahlen!!!!!

I ordered a Hang Drum on the 20/11/2020 and it never arrived and the company Cupami have never replied to my tracking requests. Im presuming Ive been scammed and therefore warn everyone to stop using this company and anything to do with it.Mark

Complete scam, I got taken with what recourse? we'll see, in my experience getting taken through China via paypal is a done deal. they usually want you to send back the product to CHINA, further costing you $$ and good luck getting your $$ back

Well at least now I know not to bother messenging them for sending the completely wrong product after waiting 6 weeks with no tracking for most. I have the same experience as the rest of you, so I guess I'm in good company. So sad, as this was to be a Christmas gift for my musical 15 yr old granddaughter. Perhaps it would be more fitting for my 4 yr old grandson. Wow. I guess there is no BBB in China. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CUPAMI - A complete Scam which is pretending to be an honourable company. They will send you a miniature version of the product and then offer a partial refund ...

They said the time of delivering will be 9-15 days worldwide. I am waiting since 60 days!!!

This is 100% a scam company!!! You will not receive what you pay for. 100%. Avoid them at all cost. This is a Chinese-based scam company. Crooks and thieves.

they are simply cheating aggressively all their clients by sending an inferior tools that have no connection to the order. simple thieves that should be arrested.

i do not understand whay they are sending somthing at all and do not take all our money ?
if they want to be thieves , they have better ways with much less efforts

Avoid At all Cost, The package takes ages and they sent out a completely different item from what I ordered, also in my case they haven't even gotten back to me after messaging them back for a refund. Currently in the middle of a debit dispute (that's been taking a month now) and I had to pay £18 to send a package that was worth £55, absolute degeneracy. Never visit and buy anything from them ever!
