Cubit Party Wall Surveyors Recenzje

Mark and Stacy were exceptional to work with. We had tight timelines and a some what complicated situation and they went above and beyond to make sure it got completed on time. Communication was outstanding and were always on hand for advice or requests, highly recommend.

From the outset Stacy put us at our ease - she explained the process and arranged appointments and paperwork efficiently. On the day of the survey itself the process was suitably relaxed, with Mark explaining clearly what he would be doing and why. Subsequent paperwork served on us was also clear and concise. Friendly, fast and efficient service all round. Would certainly recommend Cubit.

Our experience with Cubit was really smooth. Mark and Stacy were fast to reply to emails and calls, they scheduled the site visit promptly and explained the process to us and our neighbours very clearly, which lead to a great outcome.
We would 100% recommend.

Cubit provided an absolutely brilliant service as our party wall surveyors. They were extremely helpful at all stages of our project. We had a tricky party wall situation with 5 interested parties and Mark & Stacy guided us through the project smoothly, helping us save time and money. Would 100% recommend!

Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great communication, knowledge and experience!

We recently used Cubit for our planned extension works in SW12. Couldn't recommend Mark and Stacy more highly - very responsive, efficient, and trustworthy. Felt we were in safe hands throughout the whole process.

I found working with Cubit very easy, the team stayed in touch throughout the process and laid out all the options for me clearly which was helpful for this novice, it was exactly what I needed.

Now my project is underway and i couldnt be happier.

Cubits were very helpful and professional in helping us resolve a party wall agreement with our neighbour. They were very responsive and professional with excellent communication between all of us. We have used them before to resolve another more complicated issue, they did an exceptional job then (after other surveyors couldn't figure it out), so we were happy to hire them again for this subsequent job. Thy were just as good as before, I would highly recommend as this level of competent service and attentive problem solving is rare!

I was really pleased with my experience

Overall I was really pleased with my experience and will be using Cubit again in the future as the company is trustworthy and reliable ; I recommend Cubit as I was more than pleased.

I am really happy that I used this company. Very prompt in arrival. Extremely courteous. Very efficient and thorough. Always happy to answer any questions and concerns. Super helpful and kind in how they go about their business, which I greatly appreciated. This is indeed a very good company and one that I would recommend to anyone. Well done Mark and Stacy.

Full disclosure - Mark is my brother! However, the review below is accurate and he saved me a massive headache with my neighbours!

Excellent - professional, courteous, timely, and thorough. We recently employed the services of CPWS as it transpired that our architects gave us poor advice and party wall documentation that was not fit for purpose. (This was an issue for us as our neighbors had read up on the party wall act). After contacting CPWS we were given excellent, accurate, advice which allowed us to proceed with our building work, and keep a good relationship with our neighbors (who commented on the quality and accuracy of the survey). The report was supplied quickly and was very thorough. Would recommend!

Would highly highly recommend - Stacy and Mark were professional, kind and patient during a lengthy party wall process (NB - the delays were caused by other parties).

They went above and beyond to support us and move things along as smoothly as possible during a difficult process. They advocated for us and kept us informed throughout the journey. Their costs are very reasonable and they overall offer an incredible service.

I highly recommend Mark and Stacy from Cubit Surveyors for Party Wall work. They were incredibly friendly and helpful to deal with, taking the time to explain what can be a confusing process, and responding extremely promptly to questions and providing timely updates on what can also be a lengthy process. They acted with the utmost integrity to do the right thing by me as a client when it came to another surveyor being appointed by a party wall entity. Their costs were also very reasonable.

Mark and Stacey have been extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. Their professionalism at every stage cannot be praised enough.

More importantly they were very approachable and their communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend using their services for party wall as they know what they were doing.
