Cubit Party Wall Surveyors Recenzje

Excellent service. Mark and Stacy were extremely professional and supportive. They were always on hand to respond to questions. Would thoroughly recommend.

The team at Cubits (Mark and Stacy) were excellent throughout the whole process. They kept us informed, were helpful and knowledgeable and chased the other party to ensure a speedy outcome. Would recommend - thanks again Cubit Team!

Brilliant, or should I say ‘excellent’ service. From the moment the company made contact, I could sense their professsionalism: they clearly set out what the job would entail and the costs. The work was carried out efficiently, and they kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company, and l would have no hesitation in using then again 😊

We were recommended to use Cubit Surveyors by another happy client. Our experience couldn't have been improved in any way. We were working to a short timeline and Stacy and Mark were incredibly efficient, communicative, clear and professional. By far one of the best experiences we've had during any of our building works. We would recommend anyone needing party wall services to use Cubit.

Cannot fault Cubit PWS in every aspect of engagement - professional, punctual and extremely effective at communicating. We had to serve five party wall notices and these were sent out the same day as we instructed Cubit, with timely almost daily updates from Stacy via email on the progress and events with each neighbour. This was ever so helpful as I could talk to the relevant neighbours at each step and make sure everything was clear and we would arrive at a beneficial result - which ultimately has meant getting all of our Party Wall duties complete within a month (including two Awards). Thank you Mark and Stacy - I shall be recommending you without doubt to anyone who requires a surveyor!

Great service from Mark and Stacy. They were quick to answer my queries and to support our process, responsive and knowledgeable, and gave good advice as well as a professional service. Highly recommended!

I contacted Mark. Due to timescales of support needed by us, he was unable to take on our case on but he provided to me invaluable advice and guidance.
Mark also provided me with the details of a Party Wall Surveyor who could help us!
I am so grateful. Mark listened and understood.
He provided the service he did just from my initial enquiry! I can only imagine the level of service he would provide if I was his client. Fabulous!!
THANK YOU!!!!

Extremely professional and efficient service.
Mark and Stacy responded immediately to any query and were very supportive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Friendly clear and reassuring advice given by Cubit Party Wall Surveyors.
Would highly recommend.

Stacy and Mark are exceptionally service-oriented, responsive and fast working. They had already begun work before other companies had even returned my phone call. Their service is also fairly-priced. They exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Cubit for any Third Party Wall agreement. Top marks.

Prompt and professional service.
Would definitely reccomended Cubit Party Wall Surveyors

We were so worried this part of the project was going to be so stressful and potentially causing a delay to starting on site. Mark and Stacy were so quick in responding to queries, from us as well as the neighbours', taking the time talking them through the process and their concerns. We are so impressed how smooth and speedy the process was.

Absolutely excellent service, advice & fast response times. Super helpful, couldn't recommend more highly.

Mark & Stacy made me feel so much more relaxed after chatting with them and engaging them to help with a party wall matter. If I was to do it all over, I would have engaged them far sooner and saved myself a lot of stress! Mark even worked over the bank holiday to make sure we had a quick turnaround. Thank you!

I can’t recommend Mark and Stacy at Cubit PWS enough! Their service has exceeded our expectations and made this part of our project smooth, easy and stress free! They are super knowledgeable and offered us great advice throughout, plus the speed at which they replied to each email was astonishing! Thank you so much Mark and Stacy!!

The service provided was excellent! Mark and Stacy were both very friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend, great & quick service and very reliable!

Mark and Stacy were brilliant. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the party wall process, and kept us in the loop when liaising with our neighbours surveyor. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend their services to others.

Great experience! Very easy working with Stacy and Mark - they were very informative and quick to respond! They answered any questions I had and they are priced very well. Would use again

Mark and Stacy were brilliant from start to end. They were so helpful and generous with their time and advice through the processes. Very friendly and professional and for a very reasonable price delivered what I needed very quickly as I was in such a rush. They didn't need to do that and I am so grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's really lovely when you come across professionals that are great at what they do, but also warm and lovely people.

Cubit Surveyors guided my elderly parents through a party wall survey with their new neighbours. Cubit provided good communication and explained the process clearly and patiently. They reassured my parents whenever they were anxious about the process and treated them with dignity, which I really appreciated. Cubit acted professionally, knowledgeably and all for a fair price.
