Had an awful experience! Paid in full on the day of purchase, 8 weeks later sofa arrived, chair was broken and footstools in brown not black! Had to wait few days to have the chair repaired and a further 8 weeks for the correct footstools! I've had to be the one constantly in contact! Very poor communication! I rang about a delivery date for the footstools to find they were already at the warehouse! Finally lodged a complaint and still no response. So disappointed! Will not be recommending csl to any of my friends who are now moving house!

Sales team said no delivery problems as sofa came in 2 parts.

When the chair and sofa were delivered the delivery men were so rough they damaged the leather. I decided to stop them and move them myself but had to sign for unseen. It's clear the chair and sofa are either a different colour or finish. Colour started to come off the chair and took two attempts to repair it. When I reported it to customer service she said the chair and sofa matched as she had photos even though its apparent standing in front if them that they don't. Would never buy from CSL again.

Usless and pathetic

The sofas we wanted cost more than we wanted to pay but o well very pushy sales men trying to sell the cleaning kits and guarantees talking to us like we would spend two grand and be unable to clean a sofa then sulk like baby when I said no :-(((( but the delivery men couldn't be better :-)))

I would never buy a sofa from CSL nor would I recommend it to anyone. I have had problems with the sofa from the beginning. First sofa they changed in the first three months of purchase as it had structural fault and I was reassured it will not happen again but it did as the second one is not much better. It is very uncomfortable to sit on and CSL claim there is no problem with it when there obviously is. Last year when I had some problems with it, I was reassured that I could re select if the problem occurred again, this year the same problem occurred again but conveniently their was no record of the manager agreeing to let me re select. After 6 weeks my sofa will be repaired next week and as a compensation I was given £50. I feel like going to the watchdog because I have not had a good experience at all and I am extremely unhappy with the product and disappointed with the way CSL have conducted this whole issue.

Purchased items and everything was fine. Staff were great, service was not a problem. Issue is that quality of item is not good. The main seating cushions are already losing shape. not impressed.

From step one of ordering I had a great experience, the delivery men were especially brilliant, even when under pressure because their day hadn't gone to plan.. They were slightly late but nothing to write home about..

We are more than happy with our sofas - they are exactly what we ordered. Everyone from the salesman to the delivery guys have been more than helpful and have made our experience a pleasant one. Thank you.

I originally purchased a sofa from SCS 8 months later and 3 wrong deliveries I cancelled my order. One quick phone call to CSL speaking with a normal, friendly human being I had the perfect sofa delivered less than 24hours late by 2 lovely delivery guys for half the price. Would never go anywhere else now

The service was great from the minute we walked in. We were greeted and that's things explained to us then we were left to look without being followed as in other shops. We talked to the salesman about our needs and he showed us what he thought would suit. We trailed round shops for weeks and this was the first time we agreed in the same couch because we had time to look without being harassed. The salesman talked through every part of the sale, from finance to delivery. I had a few issues with delivery dates as I kept getting calls and emails but I would rather duplicate than nobody contacted us. When the couch was delivered the delivery men could not have been nicer and explained everything again in detail. Amazing service. Sales man was probably the best and most down to earth sales guy I've ever dealt with.

I would certainly recommend CSL to my friends and family. Had a fantastic service from start to finish, and love my Bergamo.

Ordered my sofa over the phone using the 0% finance couple of months ago. The sofa wasnt available to see in any of the stores, which was abit of a set back for us. luckily it was in stock and ready to be delivered so we went for it, couple of days later the lovely delivery team turned up and fitted everything together! So happy i went with what i saw on the internet! Lovely sofa and lovely service from all the staff i spoke too

We looked everywhere for a quality sofa, we previously purchased from DFS but the quality was not as good has CSL. Would recommend

WAS DONE WITH NO PRESSURE AND WE WERE LEFT TO MAKE OUR MIND UP
WITHOUT SALES STAFF HOVERING. WE WERE KEPT UP TO DATE BY E-MAIL
AND DELIVERY WAS ALSO AS PROMISED. THE DELIVERY WAS VERY WELL DONE AND THE DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY EFFICIIENT LEAVING NO MESS OR
DISRUPTION. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY.

We went into store to look at sofa that we'd seen online and loved it. We we're pested by pushy sales people after we said we wanted time to look at the sofas but they kept bothering us, so we left. We ended up ordering the sofa over the phone where the sales person on the phone was good but he pestered us to buy the sofa wipes etc. we said we didn't want them about 2/3 times but when we got the paper work for the bill it had been added on. When we got the sof the delivery drivers were great but the sofa came with a massive crease and dent in the cushion which still hasn't be fixed. We would never ever recommend csl or shop there again.

Our sofa arrived on time and the delivery guys were really nice and helpful!

I`ve order 2 tables that should off taken 3 days to arrive. its been 5 weeks and got one table with a scratch on and the other hasn't arrived and had numerous problems with it.
You get no help and the shop to the phone to the delivery guy theres no communication and nobody takes responsibility. Go DFS NOT CLS is a joke and ends up being a stressfull and expensive one.

We called at the Blackpool Store and were given advice when we needed it but given the time to decided. Their Salesman was really excellent, then we waited for the products to be made and informed at every stage. The products where delivered as planned and installed in perfect condition. If only all suppliers could perform as CSL then life would be a breeze and they are not even paying me to sing their praises..
